Holiday rentals with beach access in Atri

We stayed at Alfredo's place in May. At that time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrella and sunbeds just around the corner on the beach. Alfredo's apartment is well suited for 2 persons. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Great place to stay. Very well equipped with absolutely everything. In fact probably only 1% of the things are listed but once you get in the home you have absolutely everything you need ( fully equipped kitchen including spices, detergents. All facilities work excellent. Instant hot water and heating, quiet location, very bright and clean. I noticed it has an extra foldable bed as well. I didn't need much because I only stayed for a couple of nights but if I was to come empty handed I could have had everything that I could possibly think of. Thanks Giuseppe for being so thoughtful about things which make a massive difference to others who are in transit . Would definitely go again! Highly recommend. I felt better than in any place I even stayed.

I think few places have this beauty, a breathtaking view from a plateau that from both the sea and the mountains, we literally fell in love with this location with attention to detail , lello and Carla made us feel at home and they were really attentive and heartfelt, also recommending wonderful bikes nearby and the room where we stayed was warm and cozy , a favor! House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

We stayed in this beautiful home with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for the coldest like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts like cookies and fresh fruits from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Voto: 10 and praises!!!

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish furnishings. Thoughtful with the storage for the clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and rainshower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can't recommend it. It is a very beautiful and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. You have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The host is friendly and attentive, clear and prompt communication. Location is central, close to the beach and food stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

This was a perfect place for us, stopping in Ortona on our way south. Our host was most helpful and the guy (Fabio) who met up with us really made us feel welcomed. Can highly recommend!

Dino is very responsive and lovely. He is always on the lookout for anything and wants to attend to all the needs of the people staying in his condo. It is a 10 of condo, clean, tidy, comfortable and very welcoming. San Benedetto del Tronto we loved it, it is full of beautiful shops with a very quiet atmosphere, perfect for disconnecting for a few days. I recommend it to everyone, especially the condo! Thank you Dino for making it easy for us and providing this little stay. 💓

We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we stayed with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours since we arrived late at night after work... the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ Thank you very much.

We stayed one night in Chiara's house, everything was perfect, cleanliness and communication. The new place is in a great location on the waterfront and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Chiara is an excellent host, I hope to return to this facility again.

Amedeo and Simona were very responsive and a pleasure. The kitchen was well equiped for our long-term stay. The only comment would be, the train is close by and frequent with vehicle traffic on the other side, not an issue for us but is not very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony of Silvi Paese during the day and night. The bus stops are close by and the the train is less than 1 km.

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!
