Panoramic sea view for this studio hanging above the Promenade Marcel Proust on the third floor with elevator of a residence in the heart of the fan near the mini golf course and close to the city center. You will enjoy the large covered balcony, direct access to the beach, parking space in the basement (excluding SUV). Nice 2 rooms, completely renovated, on the ground floor, in the hypercenter of Villers-sur-Mer. Private parking space in the courtyard. Location is ideal, you can do anything by foot. Restaurants and shops are a few meters away: bakeries, primeurs, butcher shops, cheese shop, terraces, fish market... And that's not all! The beach is 100m from the apartment.
