Well situated in the historic market town of Crieff. Lovely spacious and bright open plan living/kitchen area with dishwasher (local laundrette available nearby). Bathroom with bath and electric shower, Superfast broadband, TV with roku and quality Bluetooth speaker. Dedicated decked area within a shared outside space. Parking available.

Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. There's no dishwasher, freezer, or washing machine. Let us know if you want anything washed or frozen.

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.

Cosy 200 Year Old Listed Cottage NR to St Andrews

A recently refurbished 200 Year old listed cottage with an enclosed private garden, situated in a quiet area of Markinch (Fife). It is perfectly placed for exploring Fife (35 min drive to St Andrews) and all that it has to offer. It is near to the train station (15 min walk) for travelling to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The cottage is perfect for a family or a couple. It sleeps 4 (5 if using the sofa bed) and has off street parking for 3 cars.
