Holiday Gite in an area that ‘has it all’. . .

Cosy ‘home from home’ decorated in traditional french style, for a taste of the simple life. Sunny, south facing living space, with view of mountains and forests. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, or exploring nearby castles and thermal spas. Close to Cathar trail, swimming lakes, gorges, yet all amenities of small town within walking distance. Euro bus to Carcassonne or Perpignan, and hub for roads to many other tourist attractions too! 50 mins from airport ( Carcassonne) , 90 mins from coast.

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, surrounded by vineyards. Stunning views of the Pyrenees and Limoux. Pool shared with the owners. A small chicken coop (private) in the garden. 25min walk to the city center and shops. Perfectly located on the Carcassonne axis - Upper Aude Valley, ideal for discovering Cathar castles and cellars. NO site trailers PLEASE. No Wifi yet in the cottage but 4G ok Air conditioning in summer.

In a tropical setting with swimming pool and solarium, ten minutes from the last wild Mediterranean beaches. Our cottages with 2 bedrooms of 41 m2 (4 people) have on the ground floor a large main room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, a toilet, a shower room with sink. Upstairs a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 beds that are superimposed a private backyard as well as a front terrace where you can relax in the shade of palm trees
