I welcome you in a 25m2 studio on the ground floor of my house. Lobby and private entrance. Large bay window and exterior course. Kitchen equipped with 2 hob hotplates, fridge top, microwave, Senseo and kettle. Wifi and TV. Shower room with toilet. I offer you as an option for a fee : supply of sheets and towels / cleaning at the end of the stay/washing machine. ATTENTION located on Balaruc le Vieux. Bus is 100 m to Sete and Balaruc les Bains. Thermal shuttle. Disinfection between each guest.

Our gite is in the middle of vineyards on the outskirts of our small winemaker village at the foot of the causse du Larzac. The cottage is built next to our wine shed and has all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. on a plot of 1800 m2 , T2+ of 37 m2 independent with private entrance, full foot, able to accommodate a couple and 2 children. In a peaceful setting, nature and animal lovers, you can be awakened by the donkeys of the owner's house.
