Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Australasia

We had a great stay at Caroline’s place . It was comfortable and clean and the outlook on the beautiful garden and back deck was wonderful . Would not hesitate to re book if we a fortunate enough to go to mittagong again .

We stayed at Brad’s place over the long weekend and it was nothing short of amazing! He was so helpful throughout the stay and accommodated perfectly for our stay and the extras we had coming. Robin kindly accommodated our booking made at the last minute which we greatly appreciate. The house was beautifully presented and had everything we could have needed including a beautiful garden and outdoor entertaining space that we loved. The house is right on the beach and the sounds of the ocean and water view were made for relaxation, just what we needed. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to ammenities but away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely look to rebook with Robin again in future.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

We stayed in Cabin 1 and we loved it! It was exactly what we thought it was and what we wanted. The spa was probably our favourite. We were looking forward to getting away and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend 👍

Was a beautiful home, everything was there that we needed. Was lovely being able to have our pets with us outdoors and know they were safe the whole time

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

Cute, modern and clean place for a night. Larger than expected as spacious enough for 4 adults if you make the most of the outdoor seating where you can gaze at the plentiful stars. Not suitable to cook up a storm but has all appliances for light meals.

Wendy was so helpful, sending us great restaurant recommendations in advance and reminding us to book ahead. She also proactively helped us with our parking questions as we had a very large car with us. Our stay was lovely and her property is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Loved the flat and location, however there is scope for some minor improvements in the kitchen dept. It would be very useful to have two keys, as it means only one person can go out on their own which is restrictive. However overall I would stay again if these small improvements were made.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

What a great find, close to the Botanic Gardens and all Melbourne offers! The apartment is spotless and cosy, just as described. The bed is very comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend it. Magda is the most wonderful, responsive and thoughtful host.

We absolutely loved Andrianto’s place. It was even better than what we expected! The place was massive! You could live there! It was very clean and well presented too. We also loved having filtered water. It was in the perfect position at Novotel, in between the lobby and the pool. Andrianto was an amazing host too. He left lots of information and instructions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend!

Andrew’s place was great for a weekend in Melbourne. Walking distance to the CBD and plenty of cafes. Very clean apartment with lots of extras that were very appreciated, snacks and lollies!! Andrew was very descriptive and helpful, his instructions were very clear and thorough. The rooftop pool is beautiful, we loved staying there!

Marie’s place has everything you need for a comfy stay. Great location and ocean views, close to beach and cycleway. Short drive to shops. Will come back.
