Great place close to city easy to find easy stay

Brilliantly close to the ICC - my friends and I were here for 4 days and were made to feel so extremely comfortable. Room was clean, dry and tidy and the check in/check out process was effortless (the reception was even kind enough to let us leave our bags with them both before our room was ready and before we had to leave for our flight) While it was perfect walking distance from the ICC, it was a little bit of a hike from any major tourist destinations like the Harbour - however despite this I would absolutely recommend Veriu to anyone visiting Sydney.

Easy booking process. Good communication. Apartment was clean, well equipped, close to beach and shops. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This review isn't exactly a fair review of Punthill South Yarra as due to a gas maintenance issue we were relocated to Punthill Flinders Lane. Therefore what I describe is more with regards to the Flinders Punthill. The place was overall very good but didn't enjoy the location and the room (obviously) wasn't exactly what I signed up for. Then again the gas issue was unexpected and I really appreciate that they found my family and I lodging in the heart of the city for the same price! I'm sure Punthill South Yarra would've been an amazing place and Punthill Flinders was good too! just that the room was a bit less nice and the loud busy streets don't exactly help with sleep.

Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Fremantle, location was excellent to cafes and shops

Had a fabulous stay at Veriu, location was great for everything we needed for 2 weeks stay. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, and many thanks for helping me out of a tricky situation.

Punthill was a very beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed our night and it was extremely easy to check in and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was very nice and our rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location. Right in the CBD and has lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Gym downstairs is nice and quiet. The maintenance and cleaning staff were great. Only issues were the WiFi and noise outside. The WiFi didn’t work at all or was very slow which was really inconvenient. We weren’t informed about the works and construction outside until after we had booked.

This is a solid stay in Melbourne's CBD that's just in the Chinatown district. Everything works, and it's reasonable for the price. Tip for travellers: For the bathroom light, there's a second master switch in the bedroom of 6/09. This has to be on as well as the master switch near the door to activate the bathroom light and fan.
