Our stay in Carriage 343 at Redleaf Farm was just magical. The carriage was done up impeccably with the softest bed linens, beautiful lighting and toasty warm shower. We loved the privacy of the location towards the back of the property, with a huge fire pit beside the scribbly gums and gorgeous Highland Cows and sheep grazing right nearby. Our kids loved exploring the creek and could've spent hours on the zipline. Katrina, Sam and their children are such friendly hosts. Highly recommend a stay at Redleaf Farm, to get back to nature and enjoy fresh country air within luxurious accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay. They are so friendly and helpful with a good sense of humor. Breakfast was served with a beautiful view so that’s a great start of the day. Hopefully we will be back in the area so we can schedule more time @ they’re relaxing property. We definitely recommend staying here ☺️.

Absolutely spectacular. Beautiful location, quiet and private. Stunning old train carriages decked out beautifully with period, quality furnishing, sheets, curtains and all. It was a true pleasure to stay here and experience what is clearly a train fanatics life work. Place was spotless, well maintained, had everything you need and is a must stay. We had such a lovely stay! The host was warm and welcoming, greeting us with fresh sourdough on arrival. The train carriage was cosy and peaceful — the perfect spot to unwind. We explored the beautiful grounds, stayed off our devices, and ended our days by the fire roasting marshmallows. A truly restful escape! We couldn't ask for a better weekend.

Firstly, what a great experience we had, sleeping in the old train! Our kids had so much fun to stay there. Toasting marshmallows on the fire pit, playing with friendly dog Lenny, checking chooks, ping pongs, we could do so much things in addition to staying on the train. Plus, everything is so organised and the place was very neat and clean. Thank you, Benjamin and Kayla for your hospitality.

Absolutely gorgeous! This may the the best AirBnB we have ever rented. The location is beautiful, the views are stunning, and the home is so lovely and cosy while still having everything you might need for your stay. The fridge being fully stocked with fresh ingredients for breakfasts, as well as lots of snacks and goodies, really goes to demonstrate the labour of love that has gone into this hidden gem. When we got to the end of our stay, we really didn't want to leave!!

What a beautiful and relaxing place. Carly's attention to detail is amazing. Everything you need is there. The new garden area with herbs and flowers is lovely. If you want a relaxing getaway to just sit on the balcony, sip local wine and look at a beautiful view then I can't recommend this venue highly enough. Thank you Carly.

We loved staying on this beautiful train carriage. The host Lyndall was so responsive and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the woodfired bath and bush bbq. Watching the sunset and sunrise from this beautiful relaxing spot was such a treat!

The place was modest but adorable, with the perfect location to feel the benefits of a remote location, lots of space on the property to walk around, comfortable amenities, and access to beautiful nature. There were huge exciting storms at night but we felt safe and secure. It has everything you need, just bring your groceries.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was spotless and the tram is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Bath robes, quality linen, chocolates on our pillow, bubble bath, beautiful breakfast and a friendly welcome from Banjo the dog. Highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience. Loved the full cream and treats on arrival. Beds were super comfortable. Great bedding. Lots of TLC went into the restoration of these trains. Love, love, love.

I booked the 1914 Railway Carriage last minute after a hectic week, looking for a place to rest, read, and recharge — and it hit the mark perfectly. Not too far from Perth, it was easy to get to after work on a Friday and just as convenient to head back on Monday. The tiny house charm of this historic carriage made for a unique and quirky stay that I absolutely loved. Peaceful, cosy, and full of character — I’ll definitely be back for another reset.

We loved our stay at Peta-Lee’s tram. It was the second time staying there due to kids always asking to go ‘stay in tram again’. The kids loved exploring the tram and yard. We also went and had lunch at The Grove Gippsland which was just down the road and is definitely worth checking out during a stay at the tram.

Great place with an awesome view of the hills and valleys. Not too far off from wineries and main town but great place to chill and unwind otherwise.

Fantastic place to stay for a weekend in Stanthorpe. Brent was fantastic as a host. House was beautifully clean and well stocked with everything you needed. Beautiful location!!

Kerry was an amazing host. The Tram was definitely a must stay location. The history displayed in the Tram was very informative and the prices for tram tickets in 1993 was surprising. Kerry was very accomodating and nothing was too much trouble.

What an incredible property! It far exceeded our expectations and is so much better than the photos depicted. The pool/spa/sauna area was phenomenal. No cost has been spared or small detail overlooked in the construction of this property. It had every amenity, cooking equipment/utensils that you would ever need - we loved all hanging out in the kitchen and cooking together. Super lovely and helpful hosts. We found the property easy to find and get to. This place would be absolutely amazing in the cooler weather. We did find it quite difficult to sleep in the middle of the summer heat, however. Fans in the bedrooms would be a much needed addition - but that’s literally the only thing we could fault, everything else was incredible and we’d love to return!

The train carriage is even more beautiful in person! The space is ambient, cosy and perfectly positioned by the creek and the surrounding gardens which were wonderful to have the opportunity to walk through. Most perfect for a night or two away!

I've stayed at the Railroad Park in Shasta CA and know all about these types of accommodations. The reviews are accurate and it's a bit rustic but overall fantastic. We did have some issues that the host resolved quickly and amicably. No heat in the main section, only at each end in each room but my room heat did not work nor was there a space heater, at 42C in the early morning, I was under 3 blankets. There are 3 barbecue grills, 2 are rusted and the third one wouldn't ignite. Eat in town. There is no dedicated workspace. A table, chair, outlet and wifi do not mean dedicated workspace. That needs to have a neutral background and free of noise and distractions. The only area is the main living area which is shared with whomever you are with and will be subject to their noise. I am a digital nomad so this matters to me. If you are just vacationing then no biggie. Otherwise the place is very serene unique and generally comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. 5 stars

We really enjoyed our stay, especially our two little boys loved the train theme and all the books and toys, so much to explore. Highly recommend for young families.

We had a wonderful stay on the train! The space is beautifully equipped with everything you need. The rooms are compact yet very comfortable and we loved the deck and the gardens. Robyn was a wonderful host and has done a beautiful job transforing the train carriage to a great place to stay.
