Very nice apartment, ideally located if you want to ski. The ski bus is right on the street in front of the house. There is a ski cellar with lockable boxes for the skis and ski boots. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need to take care of yourself. We have been there several times and would be happy to come back.

Our stay at this place was perfect! The apartment was super clean and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is great – central but still quiet. Hans was extremely friendly and always quick to reach if we had questions. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

I appreciate the to-the point explanation about how to use the room and its facility and also the quick responses from the host and furthermore its nice location as to U-Bahn and tram , which bring me to the central area quite smoothly. If I have a chance to visit Vienna again, I definitely book Judith's apartment.

The flat is very spacious and clean. Suitable for families with small children. We had an easy access with our stroller, it has a lift and great indoor parking. The host is very kind and replied quickly when we needed advice and was very helpful when we had questions about the area before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Flachau area.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quiet and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

A beautiful apartment indeed; and even more beautiful hosts. Rory and Carola and their on-site assistants could not have been more helpful. Very grateful for their attention and would highly recommend.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Lovely large place close to Griefenburg, we stayed for hang gliding competition. 3 of us had separate rooms but could hold 5 or 6 easily I'd say

It was a very pleasant stay. The place is just like the pictures and fully furnished and offers a lot of privacy. But the location itself is close to the slopes, which saves time in the morning. Would recommend the place to anyone!

The place was very clean. The instructions to enter was clear. It wasn't the closest to the center but it was easy to get to the public transport so it was okay.

The AirBnb is located in the countryside, with plenty of privacy and coziness to wind down and relax. And the way to Salzburg is not far. We will be happy to come back!

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we loved it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was simply a dream,very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would keep staying with you, there was just nothing missing. Very tasty also your homemade honey and the delicious schnapps. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. We had a wonderful stay at the Birken Suite! The 4 days of "relaxation " for us were perfect and the apartment really offers a lot of privacy. Fresh eggs were delivered to the door every morning – a lovely touch! Breakfast could also be booked. Surroundings is quiet, ideal for forgetting the stress of everyday life. The hot tub has enough privacy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was nothing missing in the apartment overall, everything was great! It is beautifully decorated and decorated. Everything was like described. The apartment is really cute and close to the center of the city. The only disadvantage for me is that there were stains at the couch, but other than that everything was ok!

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

The apartment was very very good! The apartment was fully equipped, modern, super clean and you immediately felt at home. Hot tub, huge TV with sound system, wood stove with fireplace and totally modern kitchen, etc. Apart from that, the apartment is in a very nice environment with mountains, lakes, etc. Radu is the nicest host I've ever met, 10/10 would go there again

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!
