Great place, and a pleasant host.

Lots of space, absolutely charming setting and people. Clean, beautiful and well-kept property. Dinner recommendation was spot on - best meal of our trip. Host Eileen and kids were lovely, just the kind of people you want as friends or family. Highly recommend!

20 minutes by car from Merano 2000. The host family is very nice and welcoming, they provided us everything we asked for, including coffee, eggs from their farm and grill. It was winter, and it was very warm inside. We also loved two sweet and beautiful cats (they live outside).

Very cute cottage, looks exactly like in the photos, the road is good and can be accessed with any car. Sergio is a wonderful host, we forgot the keys inside and he brought the spare keys very quickly. The scenery is really nice We highly recommend this accommodation.

Martin's apartment is spacious and cozy. We were two couples with children and since we came in winter we found the house well heated and comfortable. The view is very nice, the area is very quiet, the street is well maintained and we had no problem reaching the house even on the last stretch of road which is a little narrower. Martin was also available when we notified him that we would arrive in the evening, we communicated without problems. Nearby we see the horses that Martin has and also thanks to the good weather to go out in the sun to admire the beautiful view of the surrounding area. For those looking for tranquility but at the same time want to arrive in 20/30 minutes to Bolzano and Merano, the apartment is highly recommended!

Malko's place was a great choice for our stay. It was less than 2 hour drive to Tree peaks, lakes Sorapis and Braies, and ~3 hour drive to Seceda. This place had everything that we needed for our stay. No problems with parking. Malko was very friendly, had some local suggestions and responded quickly. Would choose it again.

We spent two unforgettable vacation weeks with our gracious host Hedi. The apartment is a little gem: very comfortable and equipped with a lot of taste. The location is excellent, with unobstructed views of Völs and the mountains. All this makes for a real holiday feeling. We will go back for sure! The lodging experience was one of the pleasant experiences you had during the vacation, as the apartment is spacious and has a distinctive view, especially in the early morning, where clouds cover the area. Hosts are very friendly and provide fresh milk every morning. We did not have any difficulties in moving because of the presence of a car with us, and despite that host, the host gave us coupons with the buses of the village. This was the first time and I look forward to meeting them again at the earliest opportunity. Thank you so much for them.

the accommodation is a typical South Tyrol house, with fireplace to heat the house (it has radiators too), spacious rooms, all wooden and very cozy, the kitchen has everything you need and a large table for breakfast all together, the house is in the middle of nature, ideal for resting and disconnecting after a long day of skiing or hiking through any of the Dolomitas mountains. It is close to several typical and small towns with restaurants that Birgit recommends, we went to one in St Genesio to make some pizzas and the truth is very good. Also if you want a little more atmosphere this Bolzano is just a 15-minute drive away where you will find all kinds of restaurants and a very cozy center. from this house we went to several ski slopes and they were all about a 45-minute drive away, we went to Alpe di Siusi, Carezza and Obereggen. but you can always ask Birgit who will tell you where to go skiing. Impeccable apartment, modern, clean and equipped with many useful amenities. The view from the garden is beautiful, the apartment is in a quiet location and it is easy to reach any location. The hosts were very kind and always available, giving us tips on where to eat and places to visit. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back! Thanks!

The private garden is also well cared for and the private garden is convenient. Also good location to reach other tourist locations. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Prissiano! The location is stunning and the chalet’s are beautiful and pristine. They had everything we needed and a full kitchen which was great. The breakfast bread service was perfect to start the day. Lots of restaurant options around which we tried. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place with lovely garden, amazing views, really quiet away from the crowds yet close to village, super friendly people. We loved the herb and vegetable garden, the fresh milk, the selfmade apple juice. Kids played with the cats and the dog. Great stay for families and those who appreciate a good rest/relaxation!

If you love peace and nature, this is a perfect location. Distance to a large ski resort we found just too far to do daily, but there are activities such as cross-country skiing, tour skiing and hiking to do. Enough to find a good balance between peace and being active. The apartment overlooks a beautiful valley and is spacious for 2 people. Kitchen is also well equipped with kitchen equipment

We had a wonderful time at Ansitz Montani. Evi and Lorenz were very kind and had great recommendations. We can highly recommend a visit!

10/10, perfect stay. Location is perfect, on the mountain (and directly next to a busstop). Lots of great hikes and the village of Jenesien / San Genesio in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, nice kitchen , cool and very quiet. The view from the garden, on Bolzano and the mountains is unmatched. Life on the farm is good, and the family is very friendly and caring!

The Schallerhof Sterzing is a simple house. We felt pampered from the first contact with Veronika and Philipp. From the first contact, they were always able to give us clear and precise directions on how to get to their home. The house is a farm located more than a thousand meters above sea level with a breathtaking view of the city of Vipiteno and the beautiful attached mountain range, easily accessible by car. They have a beautiful farm with various animals like sheep from which they then get the milk that is used to produce yogurt, cheese, eggs, and other delicious delicacies. The apartment is warm and welcoming, thanks to the wood that surrounds the entire house, with attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Cleanliness is 10 and honors. Breakfast is taken care of and served in a very nice basket. The highlight, however, is to wake up in the morning and open the window, you will enjoy a view that I have rarely seen in my travels.

More than a wonderful place and a cozy home, we found a very kind and loving hostess. The house is perfect even for long stays, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and impeccably clean. The cottage is inside a national park, with incredible scenic views. The cabin is less than an hour away from the Folarida ski resort. We faced some challenges to arrive by car, the chains we rented were not enough. For those who go in the winter, I recommend winter tires. Mr. Franco was always very helpful in picking us up at the parking lot where we left our car. The breakfast is wonderful and Mrs. Maria is always very kind in welcoming us every day. Furthermore, I have no words to thank you Franco’s family for all the help they gave us with a problem we had with our car. I really hope to come back again.

Lorenza's place is beautiful, the whole house was beautiful, both in decor and cleanliness. The garden with Lorenza's animals then made an enchanting setting. We will definitely be back because you always go back to where you had a good time and for us it was just that. Thanks again Lorenza, say hello to Sofia (the very sweet and very nice pet) and also all your dogs, we will see you soon!

We had a wonderful stay in Cortaccia. Georg's apartment is just perfect! A cozy place, with breathtaking views of the mountains and a peace that regenerates the soul. Georg was an attentive and helpful host. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and beauty. We will definitely be back!
