Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Portimão

Casa Marafada is situated in a beautiful orchard with orange, fig, olive and carab trees. We had free fresshly picked and squeezed orange juice every morning. The house and its surrounds were perfect for two people to relax on the verandah after a day out. You need a car but then it is easy to visit the mountains, the coast, the major towns and more secluded villages. Supermarkets are on hand for all groceries you may need. Jorge and Ana Maria are perfect hosts. Our introduction included a very informative tour of th orchard. We strongly recommend Casa Marafada.

We sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay! We adults and children all felt more than comfortable and will definitely be back. Communication with the hosts was prompt, friendly, and in a nutshell. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, but the location is central, but still quiet. The apartment is cozy, practical and well equipped. We recently enjoyed an incredible 9-night stay at this beautiful Airbnb that truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean and cozy the space was, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. The location was another highlight, as it was just a short walk to the stunning Luz Beach. We loved being able to easily access the beach and spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful coastline. The house was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens and even beach gear. It was clear that the hosts had thoughtfully considered every detail to ensure our comfort and convenience during our stay. This attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of our favorite Airbnb experiences ever. We left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to return. If you're looking for a clean, cozy place with a fantastic location, we highly recommend this Airbnb!

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Very central location in old town Albufeira. Literally steps from dozens of restaurants/cafes. Beautiful 2-level terrace on floors 2 and 3 with amazing views to the ocean. Marina was a great host.

Recommended accommodation without hesitation. As soon as we arrived, Mickaël was there to welcome us. He is very friendly. The house when it is impeccable, the whole private ground floor with private pool a tenant lives upstairs but has its own access to the outside so no panic,it is a discretion that if you see it once is fine . The pool is bigger than in the photos so really interesting with barbecue and terrace . We loved the stay at Mickaël's place and will be back without hesitation. As for the dog mentioned on several reviews, yes the neighbors have dogs ,they are behind the wall on the barbecue side in kennels but during the day they are not there...we hear the barking a little in the evening and at night but it's really not all night or other in any case it can't spoil your stay I think unless a bark bothers you. House really lived up to our expectations.

Our stay at Carmelita’s place was amazing! She waited for us late when our flight was majorly delayed and welcomed us to show us around. The garden is so lovely, sunny and perfect to wake up to have breakfast and relaxing. The location is walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, the harbor and beach and we had everything we needed to cook in. Carmelita was a kind and responsive host! I would highly recommend.

Beautiful accomodation in a quiet part of town. Amazing amenities with easy access and friendly host with good recommendations and helpful! A bit of a walk from town but this gets you a peaceful location. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the apartment was pristine and the complex itself is impeccable. The indoor and outdoor pool (child friendly), steam room, sauna and gym are all free to use which was a huge bonus. Literally a 2 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach, there’s a couple of small children’s parks around. Not the busiest town but we preferred this, plenty of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants which serve delicious food all within walking distance. Only a short drive to bigger towns if needed. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Lovely apartment with great views and complete amenities.

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

The flat is located 10 minute on foot from the beach and is close to everything in Praía da Rocha. The place has everything one needs for short- to medium term stay. Margarida communicated very efficiently having immediately responded to my questions and requests. Definitely recommend this place!

Such a great apartment, situated in a quiet area up from the old town. The apartment was spacious including offering two bathrooms, indoor dining table and outdoor. It was extremely clean and well equipped with extras including blankets to keep you warm whilst dining outside, beach chairs, beach towels, a hammock, toys for the children, espresso machine. All of these made the stay extra special. Rita is wonderful, such a friendly and helpful host, she couldn’t have been nicer. By far one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed.

The condo was updated and very spacious. All the inclusions in the kitchen, laundry etc made our stay very comfortable. We loved the afternoon sun on the spacious balcony. Located on a great tree lined avenue right in the heart of old town. Every amenity you could want outside your door. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely property. Brian dealt very quickly with the couple of small problems we had on arrival. A car is needed as the complex is in a spot with no pavements. Gardens, pool etc all immaculate and underground parking was great. Internet was a bit hit and miss

Couldn’t fault our stay in Susana’s place; me and my husband stayed for a week but it would be spacious enough to accommodate a small family. Location was perfect for us, with both the marina and old town walkable within 15 minutes (although hilly which was good exercise). Plenty of restaurant choices nearby and Susana provided lots of local recommendations which is always appreciated. Amenities within the flat were above average, allowing us to be flexible and providing us opportunity to stay in some evenings. Having the two balconies is also a real perk and allows you to catch sunshine for the majority of the day. Overall, a wonderful apartment with a responsive and accommodating host - would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely home away from home.

My family had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and parks for the kids. The balcony with a view of the water was a great place to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Highly recommend.

Ana‘s place was great! It was exactly as pictured, very neat and clean, a very cozy space with a really nice outdoor area. Great location, easy walk to the beach, and restaurants. Really enjoyed our time here, would definitely come back on our next trip! Ana was exceptionally responsive, responding within minutes any time we reached out

We unfortunately had to move from our first accomodation very late at night. Jorge was out with friends however he sacrificed his evening to ensure we could check in immediately. We were so grateful!! He was very professional and thorough. The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, light, private and quiet. It had all the facilities we needed. The complex itself felt very safe and the pool area is lovely. Location wise its great - a 10 minute walk into both the old town and the marina. It is on a hill so its an upward climb back the apartment however there are plenty of taxis/tuktuks that can bring you back for a reasonable fee. Plus being on a hill makes for great views! We would 100% stay again and have already recommended to friends and family.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a nice view over the dunes and sea at Ferragudo. Apartment is in a suburb of Ferragudo and on a hill, Vila Gaivota Phase 2. Within walking distance of a beautiful stand, Praia dos Caneiros. To walk to Ferragudo with you half an hour walk through a rolling dune landscape and via rocky dune paths. Apartment has a beautiful and modern beach/sea decor and is spacious in design and equipped with everything. Everything for a nice stay. To do your shopping, you can go to Ferragudo itself, at the local entrepreneurs, or drive towards the Lidl and Continente further towards Portimao.

This is the perfect spot to stay! Anita’s condo is beautiful and right on the beach! Exceeded our expectations!

Great location within easy walk to Marina, Old Town and Train Station. Supermarket was also close by. The Apartment itself was just as pictured, large, airy with a homely feel and a lovely sunny balcony. Edete was a brilliant host keeping in touch making sure everything was ok and even recommending some good local restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
