Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

This was my second visit to Scott’s place, I absolutely love it there and I’m already planning a trip hopefully in the fall.

I had an outstanding experience staying at Paola’s place. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Having a garage was a significant advantage, as finding a parking spot in the area can be quite challenging. Paola was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. I highly recommend this place!

The place was as beautiful as it was in the pictures. It was very clean and put together. Kaila was extremely responsive and helpful in finding the location after dark, providing instructions on services, and proactively booking activities. We hope that the unit we stayed in gets better lighting in the dining area and the wireless network speed is improved, as the weather is getting worse and movie nights will become more frequent.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was amazing with amazing view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great place to stay!! We were a family of 11 from ages 1-73 and everyone loved it 💕

We spent a wonderful few months in Meinolf's apartment. The house and its surrounds are even more beautiful than the photos. It is on the upstairs level of a beautifully restored stone farmhouse, with amazing views of the valley, olive groves, and the centro storico of Perugia perched on the hilltop. It is close enough to town to hear the bells ring from the churches, but far enough from roads to feel that you are in the countryside. We came without a car and took buses everywhere, which was manageable, but not easy. Do not underestimate the challenge of the walk into town (30-45 mins depending on where you want to go), or to the bus stop (15 mins), both of which are up very steep roads. Meinolf is a most wonderful, generous and kind host who will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable, but will also give you the space to feel at home. He is excellent company, a font of excellent stories, very welcoming and fun with kids, and was also very caring when we needed help.
