Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Avery County

Place was great to stay! It was clean and had all the essentials. Loved the extra towels, blankets, and bedsheets. An extra mattress would have been helpful though.

We enjoyed staying here. The location was awesome! It was a great spot for our family. Can't wait to come back.

Nice location on the lake. Check-in was easy with the keyless entry and everything in the house was as described. Nearest grocery store is about 30 minutes away, so you may want to pick up your supplies before driving in.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wonderful Stay at Banner Elk Home I recently stayed at Banner Elk Home and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with the most comfortable recliners I have ever sat on made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, situated with its own driveway in a very private and beautiful area yet conveniently close to both Beech and Sugar Mountain, restaurants, and shops. I really enjoyed the amount of space and privacy I had which added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing detailed information about the home and local area. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone! Definitely going to come out for another ski season!

If you’re looking for peace and quite, this is the place! It is nestled in the hills of NC with it’s abundant wild life, bird calls and the sound of a running river! The place was clean and welcoming! We enjoyed a full day by the river, tried our hand at some fly fishing and spent another day sightseeing the area. Too much to do, so we’ll have to return!

Second time staying here and our expectations were exceeded once again. Very clean, spacious, and incredible location. More than enough towels, toilet paper, and linens. Looking forward to staying again.

We just concluded our third annual trip ringing in the New Year at Lisa’s Barn Cabin. Our children said this year as we walked in “this feels like home” … And my husband and I couldn’t agree more. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and exceptionally clean. Each of our children had their own room and bathroom - with large and comfortable beds. Typically on vacation with a family of 5, somebody has to share a bedroom or bathroom - but not here! I was able to cook each night for the family and enjoyed the all clad cookware and oversized gas stove. Lisa has always been very responsive and we genuinely can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely loved staying here in downtown Lenoir! We’ve been displaced now since September, and I will say this was the best place yet! We felt right at home, it was so cozy, and peaceful! I would 100% recommend staying here!

Exactly what we needed

The property management group was fantastic to work with. They picked up the phone to answer any questions we had or called back within minutes. The management that operates the building was so helpful. This was our first time at Sugar Mountain and the building staff was fantastic about providing recommendations.

Overalll, nice stay. Some dishes were not properly cleaned. Bed was not particularly comfortable, but location and overall cleanliness was acceptable. The 10 digit security code for the door lock, is very inconvenient. I'm sure 4 or 5 digit random number would work as welll.

Great place to stay! Includes keurig but bring your own pods. Stairs are not accessible to some going to the upstairs bedrooms. Parking could be better but they are 100% upfront about this. Overall a fantastic place to stay with responsive management.

Place was clean and everything worked. It is a beautiful location. The only problem is that we didn’t have enough time to stay longer. Within view of the resort is a bonus too.

We had a wonderful experience at the condo and the pictures and description are 100% accurate. Short walk to the slopes at Beech, restaurants, Fred’s Mercantile and ski rentals. Full kitchen with everything you would need to prep and enjoy meals. Two full bathrooms and bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out and the gas fireplace was nice to warm up by on those cold evenings. We saw plenty of snow and made some wonderful memories here and would definitely book again when we visit the area. The host is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make the place feel like home!
