Unlike many Loch Ness cottages, we are not on a road, just the garden between us and the Loch. You’ll love the panoramic views of Loch Ness, the idyllic location, private beaches, and total peace and quiet. 1 or 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Luxury caravan in family friendly holiday caravan park, offering stunning views, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bath! Our caravan is situated within the Haughton Country Park with plenty walks and near by playparks. It is 1 mile walk to the centre of Alford village with plenty available shops and take-aways. An ideal location for exploring upper Donside, Deeside, Whisky trails, Castle trails and ancient monuments nearby. Please note this is a holiday let only not for work stay.

Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view.We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

Bring the family to this great place. The listing is set in a peaceful area in Aviemore; close to High Burnside. The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Indoors you can enjoy the stove set in an open plan living area. Please note I live next door and on hand to help if you need; whilst leaving you in peace to enjoy your trip at the same time.
