Holiday rentals in Avondale

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

Monica was an excellent host. Very responsive. Beautiful surroundings. Property accurately described. Would definitely go back again!

My family and I had a great time at Dream on Main. Plenty of room for us and my daughter loved the playroom & fuseball table in the basement. We got to enjoy the hot tub, but not the fire pit (maybe next time). We enjoyed the snacks that were left in the kitchen for us! We used Door Dash & Instacart for groceries for the long weekend, never had an issue with the deliveries. We could hear the trucks on Main st & saw that the bedrooms had white noise machines, but we did not feel the need to use them. We cant wait to come and stay again!

We truly enjoyed this home. The Chesapeake bay view was unmatched. Sunrises were fantastic sitting in the chairs by the water. We watched Bald Eagles fly and land in the trees near the property along with an Osprey nesting nearby. We had plenty of wood for the firepit. We were pleasantly surprised Tyler had provided ingrediants for Smores since we had forgotten to bring ours. Loved that there was Truvia for our coffee, clean towels, linens and blue tooth speakers for our use. We were close to Elk Neck State park and took a hike to the lighthouse. Tylers recommendation to go to the 5TH Company Brewing was spot on the best place to eat and their beer wall was so worth the trip. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained.Will definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Shelly’s lovely sparkling clean place in which we felt comfortable right away. Shelly was gracious and responsive. We appreciated all the amenities and hope we can visit again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was probably one of the best ones I have used in terms of being good for groups and offering great value for the cost. There was a group of 4 of us and this was the perfect space. Everyone could have their own bedroom, there was plenty of seating in the living room area, and we made great use of the deck and hot tub. Marilyn was very helpful with a few questions we had and she was even able to offer us flexible check in and check out times since we weren’t right up against another reservation. I would definitely stay here again!

Looked like the photos. Bed is large and comfortable. Felt safe day and night; took a lovely walk in the morning around the neighborhood. I stayed with my 12-y-o daughter while we attended her dance competition, which we’ve done before and rented other Airbnb properties. Her review contribution: “that was a nice room, and huge bathroom. That was a good one.” The jacuzzi tub was a lovely perk and a way to get some alone time/privacy. We used some amenities (coffee, fridge, heater, TV) and they worked without any issues.

This is my favorite air bnb! So peaceful and beautiful. Great access to sesquehana state park. Everything about this place is perfect.

Stayed here with a couple friends for a local convention. Was very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed! I slept like a baby and loved everything about this airbnb. Would definitely recommend!
