It is the only apartment whose 17 m2 balcony is built above the path that runs along the beach, offering exceptional views of the waves, the village, fishermen, surfers. Very comfortable, decorated and carefully maintained for an exceptional stay above the ocean, close to the many cafes and restaurants along the beach and 2 steps from the surf schools, in the heart of this friendly Berber village mixing fishermen, shops, surfers from all over the world...and a few tourists.

Dar Akka enjoys exceptional views of Agadir Bay. The beach is only 300m below that you can do on foot. .. This large Moorish Arabian style house, more than 300 m2 of dwelling and 200 m2 of terraces, combines comfort and warmth with the decor. Facing the sea, the 3 large terraces offer the opportunity to eat and enjoy the sun . Close to Aourir , the house is only 20 minutes from the center of Agadir. A small grocery store is 50m away to help you out.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
