Great Location! Neat neighborhood with lots of great options for groceries, restaurants and pubs. Short walking distance to Paddington station, Royal Oak, and Bayswater underground stations, as well as a couple Bus stops right out front. The apartment had all the amenities you’d expect and as described. It was very clean, and spacious enough for a family of four with two teenage boys. The beds were really comfortable, and the views were nice too. Definitely want to go back and stay here again!

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this flat. First, the location was perfect and allowed us to walk around the Notting Hill/Kensington areas easily. It felt very safe, even late at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I'm very picky about beds, as I have a bad back. The outdoor deck was wonderful and allowed us coffee outside and fresh air. But without a doubt, it was the hosts that made this a very special event. Pearlina and Simon went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with recommendations, help when needed, incredible communication, and hospitality the likes of which I've never received before at an AirBnB. This is a home, not a purchased flat that no one has ever lived in. It felt like a home and was great. Only note: If you have little kids, the stairs inside the flat have no railing so would not recommend for children. Otherwise, it was charming

Great apartment with excellent location in London centrum. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Bus, tube and train within short walking distance. Easy check in and communication with host was superb. Highly recommended😃

Great stay as a family. Josh is a great host , very available , responsive and welcoming . He was able to accommodate us for early check in at no extra cost which is nice when we arrive in town in the morning. A crib was also graciously added to us following our request. The apartment is true to photos and description. Location was perfect for what we were looking for with subway access in just 5min I would highly recommend this host and apartment +++

Zhi was a great host, super responsive to our queries and left very helpful instructions. We were a family of five (couple with two young children and a baby) and there was plenty of space. Zhi also provided a travel cot for the baby, which was very kind . The apt has two double beds which were very comfortable and everything you'd need for your stay. The wifi worked very well and the shower pressure was good. The heating is on a timer. The area is quiet. The apt block is situated between older and newer apt blocks and the area is being developed further. It was only a short walk to the Bakerloo line, which was great! Overall, a great stay! David was a great host. His house is located just 2 minutes from Kensington Gardens - amazing location also the house is super quite and super connected to the rest of the city with tube stations being only a step away. There a lot of nice restaurant and cafe options in the neighborhood as well.

Me and my family had a wonderful 3 weeks stay. The place is near town center where you can do your grocery and shopping. The accommodation is clean and spotless. Dean is helpful and responsive that even near midnight he came to sort out one minor issue. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Fosbery Mews! Great location, close to two underground stations. Very comfortable and homey accommodations. Clean and well maintained. We could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again!

Pat’s place was located walking distance from the famous Portabello Road . We stayed at his place with our toddler and 10 month old. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The place also had an elevator that fit us four with our strollers! The place was also very close to two parks, which was nice for when it wasn’t raining! Highly recommend his place!

A fabulous little basement flat a minutes walk from Bayswater and the tube station so easy to get around and lots of local shops, pubs and restaurants etc near by. On a lovely safe street with gorgeous - quintessentially London - communal gardens surrounding so feels peaceful and away from the traffic and noise but easy to get to if the mood takes you. Fabulous, comfortable, practical flat with everything you could possibly need and nice and cosy also. Couldn't recommend it more and will definitely be back. Many thanks.

Elaine's apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely soft bed linen. Elaine left plenty of towels for our use. The shower was roomy and nice and powerful. Everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for being able to get to and from the high street on foot. The secure car park was easy to access. There are lots of places of interest within short driving distances. We were able to use the balcony which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend Elaine's apartment and hope to stay there again.
