Nice appartment in La Rochelle, city center.

New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

Cozy apartment, new and very well-equipped apartment. Located in our quiet property in a cul-de-sac, with parking space. A bakery on the corner, 5 minutes walk from small shops and yelo bikes, electric car charging stations in front of the town hall of Périgny, 5km from the ocean and the center of La Rochelle by bike. Beautiful modern & authentic house 8-10 pers.

Beautiful quiet house in the hypercenter, modern and authentic, where young and old will find their happiness (foosball, trampoline, table tennis...). This is our family home, where we meet from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full-time: quality bedding, a latest generation kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between idleness on deckchairs and activities available.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
