Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ba Ria - Vung Tau

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Our 5 days stay was great! Would recommend this place if you have a large group. Our family loved and enjoyed the place.

This was the best group place to stay! The spacious and clean space, as well as the pool and karaoke room, I had a great time without getting bored. The facilities were well maintained, so I was able to rest comfortably, and the host was kind and attentive, so I was even more satisfied. This is a place I definitely want to visit again next time!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The Villa's in a compound with all the amenities I could hope for, and at a great price too. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped the place is, with smokers and utensils for a large party, and bikes to explore the compound's landscaping features. The neighborhood also isn't too populated as is, which makes it great for our attempt at escaping Saigon's chatters 😬. Definitely looking forward to making a return in the future! And thanks to the Host for being so responsive to our inquiries!

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

We had a great stay at this spacious property. The space was ample and comfortable, making it perfect for big groups . The host was incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place!

This place was the perfect spot for my family and I. One of the A/C in the rooms went out while there but since we only stayed one night, it wasn’t an issue. There’s no A/C in the main house, only the bedrooms. But the pool was the perfect place to stay cool while the sun was out. The villa has 4 floors not including the basement/garage so just be prepared to get your steps in. First floor is the living/kitchen space and the 2nd-4th floor has 2 bedrooms each. There are monkeys in the area, so you’ll want to make sure not to leave food belongings outside unattended. Overall a great stay and would book again.

This is good location , near the beach and extremely clean before checking in. Spacious and have private our door area for BBQ. Full of equipment and effective communication.

Satisfying accommodations

The place is very nice and spacious. We went as a big family and truly love the villa and the in-home entertainment the place has offered. I hope they will place some anti-slip mats in the jacuzzi and sauna room since the floor is slippery. In general, we love our stay and will definitely come back.

my family and I enjoyed staying in this place. It was very spacious and pretty much similar to what were advertised. The host was very responsive, everything was good. Just a minor feedback that they need to fill in the shampoo and bathing gel to all bathrooms as there was none.

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vung Tau city.
