A wonderful stay to spend a weekend with the family. The lovely open kitchen and the wood-fired hot tub were the reason we chose the house. Very nice and nicely decorated. In short.. recommended!

The house was very spacious with a beautiful garden. We enjoyed the nice terrace and the nice beds. The contact with Henriette was top, very quick and got a lot of tips about the area. Lots of fun to do and see nearby the house.

If you are on Retro, a highly recommended location. Wonderful to relax and unwind. Will we repeat in the summer and then it's on the water 😎

We feel blessed to have found Heleen's house to stay in - it was perfect for us. The house and garden were both immaculate but homely. The house is well equipped for cooking and eating in (the house or garden) with a dishwasher to clean the dishes. It has a washing machine and dryer, TV, dog toys, children toys, bicycles, two good sized bedrooms (we only used one and the bed was very comfortable), bicycles to use and a good sized, matured, safe garden. Heleen was proactive in sending full and clear details regarding access and how to find everything, and she was very responsive and friendly in contact. A great host. The house is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of beautiful woods. There are other houses very close but it is in a respectful environment with plenty of privacy. The birds and even a red squirrel were regular visitors. Parking was easy in the spaces provided on the drive. We stayed with three small/medium dogs and really hope to stay again next year.

Bart's cottage is the first one we booked twice. The place is very clean and ideally located. Many excursion destinations are easy to reach. The contact with Bart is great quick response time. We will be happy to come back. Thanks Bart. 😊

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

My family and I felt right at home. It was absolutely as described. Very idyllic, quiet and as soon as the sun came out a dream to spend time outside. Anita was super sweet and even brought some cake. It was really great and this beautiful property was just a dream.

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

Very peaceful location to stay with a nice big yard for the dogs and the added bonus of some animals wondering around. beautiful surroundings and we were met with a very friend host.

We had a wonderful stay with our children in Noordwijk. Carina and Ard Jan are very polite and helpful hosts. They welcomed us personally to show us their property and provided us with helpful information for an interesting vacation at their site. Carina and Ard Jan's house is very comfortable and stylish with a special artfully designed flair. Everything was as described. We already think about another stay at their house.

Warm welcome and easy communication despite our very approximate English. Lydia is very nice and available. Nice place, close to the beach. Easy to access. No problem parking. Relatively easy access to AMSTERDAM, either by train (but relatively expensive for a family of 4) or by car to SLOTERDIJK's P+R (much more economical, convenient and no longer). Easy outreach to Zaanse Schans mills or Keukenhof Gardens for those who want to do a bit of sightseeing. Well equipped and functional apartment for a short trip, rather for a family with children than for two couples - only one single room, the other two beds are on the 1st, after a relatively narrow staircase, without real separation from the ground floor stay - but this is easily managed. Only downside, the bathroom is a little narrow, but the shower is fine. Recommended. We enjoyed it a lot. Thanks to Lydia.

Bink was really helpful. The main entrance for the neighborhood was closed due to some works, but Bink managed to get for us the code for the other entrance so we could park next to the house and didn't have to walk more than 10 minutes from the parking area.
