Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bacalar Lagoon

Our stay at Bakance Rentals was very sufficient and comfortable. Pros: -A very responsive host that quickly fixed a cleanliness issue that arose upon our arrival. -Necessary utensils to make yourself a meal if that’s what you desire, though the pots are a bit used up and unit 2 could use a real kitchen knife (only had a butcher and paring style knives). -Clean sheets and 4 comfortable pillows per bed. If a firm mattress is your thing, you’ll be in heaven. Cons, Room for Improvement -The towels had a slightly musty smell, like they were not allowed to dry fully before being rolled up. -First floor units can use more window privacy. The transparent darkening shades did not provide much privacy during the day, and none at night with the light on. Overall a great place to stay. Very modern and I hope they keep up their cleanliness standards. We would stay again on our next visit to Bacalar!

We loved staying at this place which was our favorite of all those we were able to stay in during our trip to Yucatan. The residence is beautiful! Sober and elegant, full of plants, I spent hours admiring the views from the pool for hours. We did everything on foot, close to the center, restaurants, and we always felt safe. Bacalar is a marvel and it is with a lot of regrets that we had to leave, we wish we could have stayed there much longer. We warmly recommend this very comfortable and well decorated accommodation. We immediately felt good there. Our host was lovely, very responsive when our son blocked the door. Another huge thank you!

The location was perfect just blocks away from the market, lake and Centro. Easy to walk everywhere. Pool was excellent and very clean. I stayed a month and loved everything about it.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating, even when I locked myself out of the room 🫣😄. The neighborhood is quiet but still in walking distance to the city center zocalo. Very simple accommodation, great for a couple nights.

Very calm and quiet surrounding. The room has everything you need, nice big bathroom! The pool and terrace are also very nice. The communication was very good and helpful! I would come back to stay here :)

We really liked it! The house is spacious and has everything you need (even a small pool 🩵)! The area is quiet and the apartments are located in a closed spot, which gives a sense of security for yourself and your car. Only if you want to cook a meal at home, you need to buy everything - oil, salt, sugar (there are no small things available). Overall, a great experience. We recommend!

We stayed for the entire month of January, 2024. The house was quite comfortable for 4 adults, and our hostess was very responsive to our requests for additional kitchen equipment and a larger water dispenser, necessary for our extended stay. She even purchased an extra kayak so the 4 of us could paddle the Laguna together! Living on the laguna was spectacular, and we enjoyed alfresco dining on the patio, and scenic hikes along the Costera to area restaurants and shops. The only downside was the highway noise emanating from the main highway to the west. Construction of the Tren Maya, with a station in Bacalar, has caused increased traffic from numerous trucks. The stay was very pleasant, the distribution of the rooms allowed my family and I to have the best, Nadime is super friendly and just that we arrived at night she was attentive to our arrival and received us at the door of the accommodation, we are very grateful to her and without a doubt when I return to Chetumal house Nanis will be my first option

All exelente! Pretty and spacious house. Mucha Luz. All super clean. Super comfortable beds. We loved the terrace for breakfast and at night sitting a little bit. House has a washing machine that was super helpful. Location is very good. Just a few minutes from downtown. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful as is the nature around. We also had some encounters with wildlife like several birds, geckos, spiders, Skorpions, crocodiles (from afar) and fishes. It was a great place to relax. Luis and Oswaldo were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed!
