Cheerful guest house by the lake beach

Here you live calmly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Entire house 40 square meters with a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

Renovated apartment on the second floor of a smaller apartment building. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and has social and open floor plan between kitchen and living room. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fan, micro, dishwasher and a combined fridge/freezer. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom has a wider single bed. Extra sleeping space can be arranged with mattress on the floor (available in the apartment).

Fantastic location by the Umeälven river.

Smaller cottage only 15m to the river! Great sun location! Full equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet and washing/drying machine. 48" TV with chromecast. 160 double bed. 140 sofa bed. Wood-fired sauna & hot tub are available, SEK 750/4h hot tub, SEK 500/4h sauna. Bed linens/towel rent SEK 150 per person. Hot tub is not guaranteed when booking takes place less than 5 days before.(cleaning, chem and chlorine) Enjoy the view, nice walking trails, close to central town, nature reserve, Ica maxi & Avion.

Private studio and best bed in town!

Come and stay in our apartment with the most comfortable bed in Umeå (see reviews)! The location looks like a typical Swedish village but it is only 8 km from the city centre. The apartment comes with separate entrance and free parking space. We are nearby and available to help with any questions or requests. The apartment is one room of 30 square meters including kitchen and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Unfortunately we do not host guests who are smokers.
