It’s a beautiful place where you can walk and relax. The bus station is like 6 minutes away and it is really easy to go to the city with it. The apartment is really big and nice, they have some food in the kitchen you can make and the bathroom was really nice.

The Location was excellent amazing landscapes and a relaxing atmosphere. Clean rooms and lovely decor. The Service was excellent everything was above my expectations. Huge kudos to the Marjio for being helpful and welcoming.

The stay was very pleasant. The space is clean and has all the necessary things to make you feel right at home. Elli is very accommodating and stays in constant contact with you, so questions are answered in a timely manner. Shopping and recreation facilities are also located in the immediate vicinity of the property. A clear recommendation for people who want to stay in Waiblingen or Stuttgart.

It all worked out wonderfully, the place was as described. We had a lovely time and Steffen was great as a host, always responded quickly and kindly accommodated us with the check-out time. 5 stars

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

We had a fantastic time staying at Helga's place. This was our first holiday with our daughter (7 months) and we especially wanted to recharge: the garden, the beautiful spaces, the location and the surroundings appealed to us. It was a very nice stay: there were cozy seats everywhere, both inside and outside, in the kitchen there were all cooking utensils so we could cook extensively, Helga was incredibly hospitable and regularly brought us fresh eggs and thought along with outings and if we needed anything. In addition, we had all the privacy and no one was bothered by (nocturnal) howling - so that we were also very pleasant for us. In short, all the ingredients for an amazing stay

I booked the apartment for 2 weeks and then extended it again for a week. It was all absolutely problem and smooth from check in to check out. I felt right at home and enjoyed my entire stay. A cozy, beautiful and sparkling clean apartment with everything you need in a central but still very quiet area. Steffen was incredibly friendly and helpful and proactively and clearly communicated as well as offering support and help. Everything was thought of on site and all information was clearly listed. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

great location very close to public transportation with plenty of restaurants grocery stores in close proximity. a bit small but good for 1 person for a longer stay. I would definitely stay again. The use of the underground garage was also extremely beneficial with easy access to building

Truly amazing home- so peaceful with great views. The apartment has everything you could ever need. Andreas and Louisa were super friendly and very helpful with recommendations- it’s a short drive to Stuttgart and has secure parking. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.
