In residential area, rents large 2-room apartment (55m2 approximately) on the 1st floor in two-family house quiet. Light and attic, it includes: - one bedroom with bed 140x200cm - sleeping area in the living room with a 90x190cm bed - possibility of an umbrella bed on request (free of charge) - Kitchen open to fully equipped living room - TV 4K and HD 108cm The beds are made upon arrival and towels provided for 3 people. Pets not allowed, no smoking, parties not allowed.

Spacious 2 room apartment

Quiet retreat and yet everything you need. The apartment is located on the Almenhof. By train you will soon be in the city (stop 2 minutes walking), in no time at the main train station or at the SAP - Arena. Shopping facilities are also within 2 minutes walking distance. In the recreational area Waldpark, which borders the Rhine, you can walk in less than 10 minutes. Ideal for a round of jogging or walking after an eventful day.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

The slightly different room

This unique place to stay is a great place to stay close by, making it easy to plan your stay. Ideal for a relaxing overnight stay after a strenuous hike or bike ride. However, the really small room is not suitable for a longer stay because there is no TV or, for example, a comfortable sofa. The spacious double bed is right at the entrance and almost fills the room (see pictures)
