Cozy villa Ibizencan style with sea view and total privacy around. Walking distance from the beach of Cala Gracio and few minutes by car from San Antonio town with shops, markets and restaurants.   The house is composed of a main building and a dependance, 4 rooms and 5 bathrooms in total plus laundry room.   The dependance has private bathroom and kitchen.   The beautiful and huge garden hosts a nice big pool and a covered patio to have nice lunches and dinners with a big table for 12 people.
