Composed of three rooms and a bathroom: spacious bedroom, with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom; kitchen with a large antique marble sink, six stoves, electric oven and large cabinets, a spacious refrigerator with freezer; in the hallway there is an old and large window and the laundry closet with washing machine; living room with a double sofa bed. Very bright, the windows overlook the roofs.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

It is ideal for 2 people sinceit has 1 bedroom that has a 160x200 bed, a storage space and its own bathroom. The living room has 2 sofas of 90x200cm that can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people.
