BEAUTIFUL NEW HOUSE in front of the mangrove forest, very spacious, with beautiful decoration, terrace with jacuzzi and pool 25 meters away at the clubhouse. 4 rooms with full bathroom and TV, living room with 70"TV, dining room, breakfast bar and full kitchen, laundry center, garden and parking. Casa Colibri is a beautiful private ground floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with pool, large lush backyard, with lots of indoor and outdoor living space, in a quiet neighborhood, - two minute walk to the best beach in Punta de Mita. Recommend for stunning 7am sunrises with your coffee & 6pm sunsets. Great place if you like your own space. Surf break Stinkies, is close by. El Anclote, La Lancha, Burros, El Faro, La Bahia and boats to Las Marrietas are all close and easy to get to.

Best location, 3 blocks from the beach!

Enjoy a 4 minute walk to the beach in this amazing location. We are on the main street of town but tucked into a small cul de sac, three blocks from the beach. Steps from everything your heart desires, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. Beautiful terrace with a bathroom, complete with an outdoor shower. Two studios on first floor can accommodate larger groups. Making this a 4bedroom/4bath house with 6beds. Ask for listings. Welcome home!
