Words couldn't describe how great we had,a wonderful place where we found everything we wanted 😍the attentions of both the Host and our friend Floo are excellent !!We recommend it 100% , We are already looking for a date to come back if God allows.

I liked it very much, the space was very useful for what I needed (resting and spending some time with the family). The view is great and the beach even though it is not perfect can be used very well. I just have to say that I lack a little cleaning and also when I arrived I was still in process... But I assume this happened a few days before my arrival and maybe this could have been the cause. Anyway, I would recommend it and come back too.

Top place at Palmar de Ocoa. A wonderful place to stay, and I’m definitely planning to return. I absolutely adored the tranquility and ambiance, with its nearby beach, lovely pool, and all the mentioned amenities. The garage space, which accommodates four or more cars, was also a nice touch. I look forward to going back soon.

A beautiful location with direct beach access! The host and caretaker were caring and attentive. Breakfast with fresh fruits was a pleasant surprise.

We traveled around the island and made quite a last minute decision to stay in Fabricio’s place and we didn’t regret. We wrote to Fabricio and got instant information and confirmation. Fabricio met us like all friend and we instantly realized that we are in right place. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean. Everything was above our expectations😊 Finally we had good and delicious dinner at restaurant. Thank you Fabricio for everything🙏🏼🇩🇴🇪🇪

The Lord Gerald is an excellent host and gives a lot of information about the area as such and the villa also a space with nice vegetation! The best thing to disconnect and renovate !! Thank you Mr. Gerald. I recommend it to 100 x100

The house we loved it, it is a beautiful place. We had a super nice time, it's a place of peace. The spaces are very well distributed, we are sure we will return.

Gerard was very responsive and nice. The room was clean and the place looked even better in person. We visited on a Tuesday so it was very quiet, we were the only my guests there, which we LOVED. The beach IS AMAZING!! Pristine water!! We also had the beach to ourselves, which we were also thrilled about. Overall lovely experience, definitely recommend!

This place was great! More than I expected for sure. The staff at the location are friendly and professional. The place is so peaceful. - The view, the view.. THE VIEW!!!!!! - Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. - I didn't expect toiletries, yet they provided them, along with clean towels for each bedroom and pool area. Overall, I would visit again in a heartbeat!

We chose Brian's beach home for a couples get away. Upon arrival we are ecstatic with the beautiful of the place. The house is super equipped and has beautiful decor. Brian was aware of all our needs and quickly resolved our requirements. Nelio and Norma were very friendly and ready to serve us. We are already making plans for our next visit. The Villa is as described, it is very spacious and clean . Quite comfortable and extremely close to the beach . La Mella's services were very good . To improve that they should leave a key for guests at night during their stay due to the issue of safety.

This place was amazing perfect for a big group. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of it. Well stocked kitchen. The beach was great. Very clean sheets and comfortable beds. One of our favorite things about the villa was Mr Bimbino the caretaker he was so nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

Excellent experience, my family and I had a great time, we shared in the pool, the beach, we played pool, dominoes, we made a barbecue, a fire on the shore of the beach. The staff is super friendly, attentive, always willing. We came back soon as we felt at home.
