There aren’t enough words for me to express my appreciation and gratitude towards David & his wife. From the moment I booked the home, David made sure to communicate with me thoroughly! If I ever needed anything, he was available! The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and so well kept! It is quite literally a slice of heaven! Out of all the places I have stayed through Airbnb I would easily say this was my best experience as far as places I’ve stayed and host I’ve dealt with! I will definitely be rentingfrom David and his wife again in the future! David, again thank you so much for everything! You gave me and my family and experience we will never forget.

This cottage blew me away. 3 bedrooms for the price that we paid felt like a huge steal. We booked this cottage out of desperation...my partner's employer sent him to Rogersville for a last-minute job. I came along for the ride, so he wanted to book this cottage since it was only 15-20 mins away from the work site. We are big city people. We knew nothing about mountainous terrain before staying at this cottage. It was just what you'd think a cottage on a mountain would be...just enough! I loved how fresh the bath towels were, i loved that there was a darker colored wash cloth made available for wiping off makeup. everything was well planned in this cottage...well thought out. it was the hot tub that sealed the deal for me though. i was in the hot tub every day for the entire week i was there. we grilled and roasted marshmallows, too. i flew my drone. it was so quiet. the internet connection was spectacular. when it was time to leave, i was so SAD! we loved it there on the mountain!

This was my first ever trip for my birthday and it couldn’t have went any better. Me and my 4 friends had a perfect time ! Ashley’s space was amazing and everything we needed was there we literally only needed to pack clothes and money she had the rest! First trip in the books for me and we are already planned to book this every year from now on !!! Wish we could give you more stars !! We LOVED it . If you looking for a great place to stay where you can take in beautiful surroundings, then this place is it. It was very rustic and semi private. We loved this place and all it had to offer. The host were very helpful and very responsive. I would recommend 10/10 for staying here. Thank you guys for sharing your home with my daughter and I. We will be back!

This cabin was exactly as described – peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to unplug. The host, Adam, was incredibly proactive and made sure everything was seamless. Be sure to read his instructions before your trip; he provides detailed directions that are spot on. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

I loved staying here with my two kids. We enjoyed the natural park nearby and had fun playing in the large yard. I enjoyed waking up each morning with coffee on the front porch looking at the mountains. We took the advice from a map and did the sill branch hike to a waterfall! So beautiful!

It wasn't until we were home that i remembered we forgot to run the dishwasher!! Our apologies to our hosts.

These pictures don’t do it justice!! The cabin is so quaint and cozy. You can tell that this cabin has been the host to many family vacations and the source of many memories. We felt right at home! Private lake access is a short, pleasant walk through the woods (less than 2 min). You do have a cross a quiet road to get to the beach, so beware with children. My husband and I spent the weekend here for our anniversary, but we’re already making plans to bring our son back next year. Also, Sarah is extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect! Plenty of room, cozy beds, well appointed kitchen. A dream to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Coffee bar was a crowd pleaser. Friendly neighbors. Win! Win!

Had another fun stay! Second time we rented this Airbnb. The space works well for our needs. Some other Airbnbs might have more amenities for less, we like how private it is and the outdoor space for kids to run. Kathy was great at communicating with us.

Host was great, place was very nice and inexpensive. A great value. Minutes to restaurants, downtown area and pretty much everything. It is on quiet street in decent neighborhood. We travel with 3 dogs and this was a deal with yard as well as decent walking for the dogs next door and down road

This was a great place for my family to gather. Loved the sunrise views and the den for the kids to play in. Kitchen was fully stocked and there were lots of games. Would definitely return!

We've stayed at a property of Ciara's multiple times while visiting our daughter at LMU and have always had a great experience. No complaints whatsoever and a great host!

The house was so cute! We loved how cozy and private it was but yet still close to restaurants and shopping! It smelled SO good also! I dont know what kind of bed was in the master bedroom but it was SO comfortable. Donna was very nice and instructions were clear. There was so many nice things about this space, we loved how it was fully stocked, even with things we didnt expect, like coffee, creamer and laundry detergent. The fact that it was pet friendly is amazing and the fact that there were 3 bathrooms was AMAZING. It was a great space to rent especially with 2 teenagers and dogs. We are from Johnson City and still have family we come to visiy so I would 100 percent stay here again when we come back! I honestly dont have even close to enough space to rave about this place! 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to the area. 🙂🙂🙂

We enjoyed Jesse’s farm so much! It brought back memories of my grandparents house. I wish we’d had more time to spend. The house was clean and stocked well, and Jesse communicated very well. This place is well off the beaten path and is on an actual farm with cows and goats. If you don’t mind the animals (which we loved) then you will have a wonderful relaxed stay! Would love to visit again and spend some time enjoying the river.
