Beautiful place. Will definitely visit again in the summer so we can utilize more! It was the perfect quite get away me and my husband needed!

staying in this house felt like a privilege. The location is terrific, the host professional, but the house is simultaneously completely beautiful and feels real, like there's a very happy history here. The house lost power for several hours due to a storm, and I just put on a sweater and watched the lake. That's how good the location is, and how beautifully the house frames the scenery. I always appreciate when reviewers mention the bed. The bed is great. No notes. I hope I will be lucky someday to bring my family here in the summer. It's kind of the platonic ideal of a small lake house.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and nicely decorated. Susan was great and made sure we were prepared for our stay. She went above and beyond by sending us videos on how to navigate to the cottage and responded quickly to any questions I had. It was a very peaceful stay. 10/10 recommend!

We were looking for a quick, long weekend get away over Martin Luther King holiday not too far from home and by the beach for our dogs. This red house on Mutiny Bay was the ticket to a nice, relaxing four day weekend. Our dogs could be with us on all the balconies and the fenced in backyard without being on leashes. Hearing the coyotes at night was scary but we kept a close watch on our dogs with flashlights. We enjoyed the warmth and tending the wood stove to keep the house nice and toasty. We went to Double Bluff Beach every day for our dogs to enjoy off leash socializing. We had very hopes of frequenting Mutiny Bay Beach with our dogs but they don’t allow dogs off leash so we never went there. We really had a good time! Our breakfasts with fresh eggs from Susan’s chickens were a wonderful treat. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

This location was above expectation. It was quiet and beautiful. There were great amenities with the club house as well. My kids enjoyed the pool. My husband and I enjoyed the games and hot tub. It was easy to walk everywhere. The accessible beaches and walking trails made this place one of a kind.

This home was the perfect cozy getaway for me and my fiance! The spot itself was so cutely decorated and well kept. The host was very responsive and helpful! We hope to come back one day :)

Lovely cottage! This was a great stay and we will definitely book again! The cottage is close to the ferry, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, clean, cozy and welcoming. The host was communicative and left very detailed instructions/directions. They even left delicious cookies! I loved everything about this place :)

Came with my wife, newborn, and three year old and had the best time. It’s a wonderful, home-y space. It reminded my wife and I of places our families took us to stay on trips in the 90s (in a very positive way), cozy spaces full of books to leaf through with plenty of room to curl up in front of the fire with a cup of tea. We had such a great time. CarolLynn was a great, attentive host who responded to us immediately and was happy to introduce us to and interact with the animals safely. We were already discussing return visits on the way home.

fully equipped kitchen, surround sound media, I felt I was at home as I didn't miss anything except my king bed...but then again my husband and I loved the bed and pillows. plenty of outlets. love the shower and fresh towels and the shower soaps! love to know where james found all the nice things for his home. everything was coordinated and organized. wish we spent more time, but the cottage had another booking. my daughter loved her personal space in the loft with a beautiful chandelier!!!! we did a trail in south whidgby, visited Langly for dinner at Seabolt seafood restaurant in Whidgby(highly recomend)The Star Store had rare spices i was looking for and Spanish Cava Champagne. it was a relaxing family time! We had our own board games to play and preferred to stay in the cottage because it was so cozy. we will be back!!!

A cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and charming cottage. It's a quiet and private setting with amazing views of the Olympics and in the winter the sunrise and sunset skies. Gracious and friendly host. Practically, there's a helpfully stocked kitchen, terrific WIFI, and excellent TV options. Location is in the country but five minute drive to downtown Sequim and just a hop and skip to walking/biking the Olympic Trail. Our third stay and looking forward to the fourth!

After 15 years of visiting the same place on Whidbey Island, we found a new spot! This is a magical little place just a few minutes north of Langley, where we saw an abundance of wildlife, had relaxing mornings and restful sleep! Ashlyn's place was perfect for our family of three. The cute little cottage was full of books and wonderful art. Ashlyn was so accommodating about our arrival and provided us with wonderful recommendations. We will definitely be back! If you do book, make sure you ask about the breakfast - ours was spectacular!!

We've come back to Sunset Cottage many times, and relish the long walks on the beach. We used to only come in the summer, but have learned to love the cold weather and clear air in the winter as well. Walking on the beach and seeing the frost in the early morning light, with the Olympics clear and bold in the background, is awesome!

Wow!!! This place is amazing!!! Clean, well appointed cottage, comfortable bed, and an easy walk down to a heated gazebo overlooking Puget Sound (with a gorgeous view of Mt Ranier and the cascades when the sun was out). Owners were welcoming and kind. Beautiful!! Peaceful!! Easy and cozy comfortable!!! Perfect!

Cottage is very well updated, but keeps charm of an 1930 era bungalow. The backyard is perfect for a dog, and for humans too, though I visited in January so sitting on the back porch was not realistic. It is close to downtown Sequim, so you could easily walk to restaurants or coffee shop.. I would stay there again

Wonderful place. Peaceful and quiet retreat. Great bird watching and morning sunrise from the deck. Comfortable bed. Perfect for a couple. We stayed in the winter over New Years and the temperature was nice and warm inside the home and easily adjustable. There were great restaurants, bars and other stores in the town nearby and whale watching spots within a 10 minute drive. Great window exposure of the beautiful scenery. I would certainly go back. Stayed 2 days/nights and wish I stayed longer. Barron was friendly during the entire process.

We loved staying at Suzanne's place over our elopement in Port Townsend at a relative's house. It was a cozy getaway with beautiful views and kind hosts. Would recommend to anyone!

This gorgeous little cottage is my new home away from home in Seattle, where I come often for work or to visit my grown daughter. It’s so comfortable and quiet, yet conveniently located to the lake and downtown Wallingford. The wonderful hostess is responsive and so kind. Hope to see you again soon!

We stayed over Thanksgiving as family was hosting the big dinner nearby. The house and grounds are idyllic and peaceful. Standard limitations of a remote property (septic, propane), and we had one hiccup with the heating going out, but were able to figure it on our own. Would look forward to renting again in the summer months to experience the beach a bit more.

was shocked by how close it was to the city. You wouldn't know it while staying there though! very quiet with a gorgeous waterfall. Even left us some snacks for the stay! Outstanding visit!

The Camano Cottage was perfect! Clean and peaceful with a beautiful view. Well appointed little cottage was perfect for our visit to Camano. Danielle was friendly and very responsive. We would recommend the cottage and would be happy to stay there again.

Very tranquil and private setting. Trail right out back with miles of exploring. Very close to Port Ludlow Marina and a short drive to numerous parks and Port Townsend for shopping and dining. Home was very cozy and clean. Larry is very responsive and helpful! Thank you Larry! Enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the warmer months ahead.
