The house is very nice and in a very quiet area and in a very quiet area, it is fully equipped. It has a pool, barbecue, terrace and candle and garden furniture. It is located in the Garraf Natural Park and 8 km. from the magnificent beaches of Sitges. Committed to the environment, the house incorporates a photovoltaic installation in its services, collecting energy from the Sun but having access to the conventional electricity grid when solar power is not accessible(during nights and rainy days)

Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station.
