Mauricio and his wife were so sweet to our group. We had a comfortable stay. Incredible view. Wonderful fresh breeze. Mornings and nights are cool. During the day it does get warm. The small hill to the entrance is not recommended for very low cars specially if it’s rainy or wet. We did a very quick trip for a wedding, but I definitely prayed I could stay there longer.

We had a lovely stay at James's place. It is an easy few minute walk to the beach, which feels like a private beach from the lack of people, most of whom are on a run. We had a lot of fun borrowing his cruiser bikes and riding on the beach at low tide. It's close enough to town that we biked there a few times. Heber the caretaker is fantastic, he is very attentive and took us to the tastiest local restaurant and food stand. It was nice at the end of a day to string up the in room hammock and relax with a book. The grounds of the property were beautiful with pomegranate and guava trees, and the neighborhood felt very safe.

As an American, the unit is in Monte Carlo, which is very high end quality and extremely safe gated community. Check in and checkout with QR code is easy. The unit sits above the main house and the inside is 5-star quality with very large bedroom and bathroom. Very quiet. Washer dryer are brand new. Refrigerator is very large and new. There is no TV in living room so you have to watch TV in bed. Kitchen lacks stuff to cook. No mixing bowls, no coffee cups, coffee pot is not Keurig and only brews 2 cups. Frying pan is very small. It was difficult preparing meals with only 1 pan and it being so small. Also only one outlet, so blender/coffee pot cannot be plugged in at same time. Host was awesome. I would definitely stay again. If you are one person who is not going to cook, this is the best AirBnB I have stayed at in Mexicali…and I stay quite often.

The place we exactly as the pictures clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and communication was great never felt like I had to reach out because they were on top of it. We will definitely stay there again!

Hi, we really had a good time, we were very quiet, comfortable, we went to visa process fortunately everything went well, it has the essentials and great location for CAS and for consulate, airport. We recommend it. In addition Juan Manuel left us to stay extra time of the check out time since it was a few hours later and we took our little girl , we thank it!!

Very good experience, both for the kindness of the owner and for the beautiful and equipped of the place. Due to its location, many things are close. There is only a lot of traffic down the street due to repairs within 1 block. I'm definitely coming to this place again.
