Ana is a great host, always accessible and friendly. Having kids herself, she was more than helpful when it came to giving advice about what to do with the little ones when it rains in Valencia. The apartment is in a great location if the old town is not your priority. It is situated in a peaceful neigbourhood, very close to the City of Arts and Sciences, with a kids' playground in front of the building and several local shops and bars around. It is very close to the green area of the town and with a 30-minute walk through that oasis, you can easily reach the old town. Another advantage is having your own parking place underground. I would definitely pick Ana's place again.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach. Easy to get into the city with an Uber or bus or 45 minute walk. Very clean apartment, SUPER responsive and helpful hosts. Loved everything about it!

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

The place is great for a family or 2 couples. Very spacious and equipped for any type of stay. For those who travel light only have to climb 1 floor and few steps. Outside of that they will surely feel in the right place. A lot to do, eat and see just meters away including supermarket. Very good location of vdd. Thanks for having us

The house is really nice. Loads of space and plenty of areas where people can chill out. There were 9 of us in total (two families) and we found this space more than required. The gardens, pool, bbq and outside fireplace are really lovely. We visited in Late December so the leaves and grass were out of season but I can imagine the bloom season would be lovely. The house is a bit older and therefore getting a small bit tired, nothing that some paining and light maintenance couldn’t sort but this did not affect our stay in any way. Finally Natalia was a great host and always responded to our requests.

The apartment was clean, spacious and orderly and everything was functional as expected. Pablo went above and beyond to meet the needs of his guests. Would stay her again if visiting the Monserrat area.

The apartment was just as described. The location is very good, many restaurants nearby, public transport to the center of Valencia on the doorstep. You can hear the pedestrians at the front door, but that was no problem for us. The communication with the host was impeccable.
