Holiday rentals with beach access in Bal Harbour

Place was amazing ! Everything is near and Marco was one of the best host . Very responsive , answered any & all questions , and accomodated us greatly .

I was impressed with Annabelly's response time! We felt safe with the 24/7 security. Limited dining options without a car unless you don't mind a long walk to the boardwalk. There might have been more if we'd ventured west, but nothing came up in our online searches. There was a cafe in the building, but I cannot recommend the food. The grocery store was just a few blocks away. Well-equipped kitchen and things for the beach. You pay a lot more for everything to be right on the beach, which is to be expected. However, I was surprised that all restaurants include an 18-20% service charge, regardless of the number in your party.

Great stay! Beautiful apartment. Everything was like the pictures except the bathrooms which have been updated to be even better than the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Has plenty of towels and linens and beach towels. Has beach chairs. Right across the street from the beach. Great view. Very convenient parking spot. Great and quick communication. Very clean. Will stay here again!

The location was excellent; centrally located to the beach, restaurants galore, and walks to look at all of the art deco architecture. It was nice that although it was right in the midst of a lively area, it was a quiet place with a nice patio to relax on in the evenings or in between all the activities! The apartment was spacious and comfortable for two couples.

Suzi’s efficiency apartment is basic and also comfortable. It’s perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy the beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs right out the backdoor, with complete access to walking in South Beach. It was a block and a half away from the busy Art Deco beachfront strand but surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The weather while we were, there could not have been better. The ocean was crystal clear and just the right temperature to be refreshing.

This apartment has one of the most beautiful ocean views you'll ever find—from two directions!—along with views of the intercoastal and the Miami skyline. Resort property is well run: beautiful pools, manicured beach, lots of cleaning of public spaces, etc. My only suggestion is that a few more implements in the kitchen would be helpful. Hard to flip an egg with a 1/4" bamboo spatula!

Leo’s house was the perfect getaway from the New England cold! The house was beautiful, plenty of space for gathering but also plenty of privacy when wanted, the couch was so comfortable it was great for end of the day movie time. The pool was a perfect oasis, and such a great temp! And the walk to Loggerhead park beach was less than five minutes, made especially easy by the wagon Leo provided to carry beach chairs and other essentials. We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for a beach retreat!

We have stayed in numerous rentals and this house was by far one of our favorites. It is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture ( indoor as well as outdoor) and offered so many amenities I could not list. If you can think of it, Nick has probably supplied it! The setting of this home is in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with sidewalks. We enjoyed walking through the various streets each morning and checking out the neighborhoods. The backyard is a private oasis with lush landscaping, a private dock and a wonderful heated pool. We were in the pool everyday and even caught a few fish and blue crab off the dock! Nick was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating when we needed a few extra hours due to our later flight. We would definitely recommend Nicks place to anyone considering staying in the Fort Lauderdale area. After one stay, you’ll be like us, trying to find a way to return to Nicks Place!

Peaceful, private, great location. Everything a vacation should be! Mj was responsive for questions, though a few things were broken concerning the pool it didn’t inhibit the experience and he was quick to explain. Love the set up of the house- it is much bigger in person and very comfortable for our group. More than enough linens, fans, and even a crib + pack and play which was very handy for our two small children. Thank you! We would book again.

Otis's beach house was perfect for a relaxing vacation in FLL. Otis was an exceptional host providing excellent communication and instructions. The house is exactly as listed & described. The beds were comfortable. The house is a short 2 block walk to the beach in a quiet residential area. The beach is peaceful and was never overly crowded. I would stay here again during my next visit. Highly recommend booking!

You’re reading this review because you want your own space and beachfront, and Rafael’s place delivers on both and more. This condo is neatly nestled between Hollywood and Hallandale beach. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Or, you can make use of the umbrella and beach chairs on a pristine (but not overcrowded) section of the beach, take in the sun, and then return to outside terrace and grill, or cook inside in the spacious kitchen. A great place for a family get away.

The house was great for our family! We enjoyed our stay and Joe was an excellent host. Hollywood Beach is very close to the house, there is also a 24 hour CVS right down the road. Publix is also very close to this location.

I can't say enough good things about this house and the hosts! This was our second year booking this house and we would book it again! We had a group of 9 women and had plenty of space. The house is beautiful and so clean. The hosts have done an amazing job labeling everything and so many extras! Did I mention location....WOW!! This is a 30 second walk to the beach. The house has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, lots of beach towels and a wagon to pull it all in. It's so nice to have the extra's when you fly in and don't have space to pack those types of things. This location is in the heart of all the restaurants, shops, bars, and anything else you could be looking for. If you are concerned about having a pool, just purchase a day pass at Margaritaville Hotel that gives you access to two different pools for the day. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, totally worth it!!!

Love, love, love everything about this house! Spacious, comfortable, indoor/outdoor living. Spent most of our time on the covered patio and in the pool, which also has a spa. Short walk to restaurants; the beach is even closer. Highly recommend!!

Hermoso depto, very spacious, nice and excellent location

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Our stay at Eden by the Sea was perfect for a friends weekend. The beach and downtown Lauderdale-by-the-sea were a short 2 block walk. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. One of us slept on the pullout couch and was very comfortable. Having use of the beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Very convenient and safe. Thank you!

very nice had a great time

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

Dan's place is fantastic. I look forward to staying here again. Very clean unit. comfy bed. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. About 2 minute walk to the intercostal. Though not on the same side of the street you can see the intercostal from the front door and the bedroom windows. Some mentioned street noise but we didn't have any problem with the street noise. The shower is massive!! and all of it is very clean. I'm not sure what someone would do in such a large shower. Guess you can use your imagination. lol The kitchen had nice amenities and even had an oven which for some other units in the area is rare. We rented unit#4 which is a second floor unit. The steps were easy to manage and some of the step boards had been recently replaced. There was a small patio table and two chairs on the walkway to the unit that we were able to enjoy our meals outside watching the boats go by in the intercostal. Dan was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions.

Had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was exactly what we were looking for—a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed place for a quick warm-weather getaway. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we’d definitely stay here again!
