The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, we have a homely little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await you in all quantities. The closest beach is 6 km away. In the village there are cafes, delicatessen, galleries, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighbouring villages within 10 minutes the best ice cream shop in the region (the world), super restaurants, children and adults programs, concerts, wineries, excursions.

Scenic winery house with tasting cellar & hottub

The well-equipped house is ideal for 4 people, its own wine cellar can accommodate six people, and the cool cellar has great wines to relax in. The building is under monumental protection and has been extensively renovated. The house is located along the Hamvas Béla Wine Route on the Monument cellar. Lake Balaton is just 10 minutes away by bike. It's surrounded by a large terrace, a magnificent view of the lugas, and a vibrant vineyard garden. In the mornings, in the endless silence, the cornfield across the street is delighted by the deer and rabbits.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Csisztapuszta Thermal bath is in the neighborhood, 3 kms from the house. Its water is great for many health probelms. Please note that our cottage is situated about 12 kms from lake Balaton.
