Super cute home, located in a beautiful Historic & Conservation District. Only 5 minutes to Downtown / the Pearl Brewery and 3 blocks from a beautiful lake. This historic home fully renovated in 2019 with a surprisingly modern interior, very clean, fresh linens & towels every stay. Very safe neighborhood. it has a big yard, grill & private parking. Double-french doors and lots of natural light will ensure a wide-open and relaxing feel when you're sipping your morning latte or nightcap. Love it!
