Holiday rentals with a patio in Baldwin Park

Peaceful, clean place. I would definitely book with David again. He wassuch a help and went out of his way to accommodate my needs! This was a great trip to LA.

Such a peaceful location! Great space exactly as described and the bathroom is super cute. There were really cool birds flying over the back patio and such a sweet and friendly cat on the premises. Perfect cozy space :) thank you Carlos!

This place had almost everything I needed, stylish and cozy as described. It was quite cold at night and, while there was a heating unit in the bedroom, there was none in the living room. When I asked Juan about this, he brought a space heater right away. I had the feeling that whatever things I might need, he was ready to accommodate. I made a few more minor requests and the answer was always “yes.” I really appreciated that. I would definitely book this in the future, should the opportunity arise.

Amazing host and location! Location was better than I expected. Super convenient to walk to all the places my family and I love visiting. Robert was very responsive, helpful, and there were no surprises. Would recommend to everyone, and will definitely stay here again.

Georgetta was very kind and helpful. We have arrived late and really tired after long flights, some delays and Xmas season traffic, but when we arrived at Georgetta's apartment we could have a deserved rest. The apparent is very clean and comfortable, located in a nice area where we walked every morning and evening, had everything for comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need for kooking. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets like "Whole Food Market" and "Target" are in walking distance. As a bonus there was a nice grill zone at the roof, jym and a pool. If we come to Glendale again, we would love to stay here again.

the house was well maintained and very clean. the beds were very comfy and our granddaughter loved the floor matress with funny throw pillows. heat was perfect and the fireplace was a plus for atmosphere. plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the prompt streaming internet and tvs where perfect in which we had a couple me time alone to relax. loved the elevator in the complex and underground parking was sweet. my truck had plenty of room to spare. loved it and we will enjoy this complex next time we go. it was very close to all restaurants and general food and RX stores. two thumbs up in my book. oh and the price was perfect.

Jaylin was an amazing host. The videos he provided to access the property and park were very helpful. He was proactive with checking on me to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. I would definitely book with him again.

Neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful with friendly neighbors, lots of restaurants and shops in the area as well. 5 star host and home, highly recommend!

Lovely stay at Amanda’s place - great location to walk to local restaurants- we were visiting the Fairplex and again so close to get there. House is cosy and warm- Amanda was great in putting on lights and heating as we were delayed and got there late. We had a wonderful time staying at Patricia's place. The home is lovely and has everything you could need and more, from a well stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes in the bathroom if you forgot yours. From the moment I booked, Patricia was communicative and friendly. We were visiting our son at Pomona College and could easily walk to campus and downtown Claremont from the house, as well as you can walk to a nearby mall if you need something. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Enjoyed the stay at Gevrog's place in Glendale. Location was very convenient and the house was clean and matched the photos. He was also always responsive when we sent a message.

Jihan and Meredith were excellent hosts! Their property was very nice and clean, had an amazing back yard with a great fire pit, and they left us some snacks and a very kind card as well! If we plan on returning to L.A. (which we likely will) this would be our first choice for sure!

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Jeffrey was a wonderful host!!! We stayed in a beautiful little loft-esque apartment in a very quiet and serene neighborhood. Was a 20 minute drive to the Toy Story parking lot and an easy trip to & from! Lots of space for our group of 5 girls. Jeffrey was very responsive and flexible with our late check-in. We would love to pick this spot to stay for future trips!!!

Tanner and Jess were great hosts! They were quick to respond to my messages when I needed assistance and they gave easy-to-follow, detailed instructions for my stay. It was a pleasure and comforting to stay in their lovely home. I had booked Tanner’s and Jess’ home for my partner’s birthday weekend and she loved it! The view of the city and surrounding buildings was beautiful. The interior was clean and modern with a nice touch of adjustable lighting. It was nice having a fridge, microwave, oven, plates, and cutlery to use for leftovers from tasty restaurants. Overall, I believe this was the best home I’ve booked and would book again! Thank you, again, Tanner and Jess!
