Dika’s place was a magical and peaceful location just a bit up the hill from Lovran city center. She was there upon arrival with wine and information about the city. Thank you Dika!! We will miss Lovran.

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation in Fazana! The apartment was super clean, very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable during the 4 weeks. We would particularly like to highlight the incredibly nice host family. Iva was always there for us and provided us with great tips and information about local events. An absolute highlight was the private boat trip with Daniel to the city center of Pula - an unforgettable experience that we can recommend to everyone! We'll definitely be back! Sabine & Markus

The apartment is really nice and well decorated, the pool is actually just for the apartment. Since only this is rented out, in case you need more space, the apartments are also available above. Nothing stands in the way of an all-round great stay. The barbecue area is great for preparing great dishes here. Croatia often only asks for rocky beaches, you just have to know and love. We had stand up paddles with us and could explore a lot from the water. An overall great holiday with lots of sun. The cities around Vinkuran are easily accessible by car, and in 10-15 minutes you can also be pampered in good restaurants.

We have stayed at many wonderful places, this is nothing against so many amazing hosts. Susana is beyond hospitable, kind, caring, helpful. I highly recommend her and her amazing place on the sea. She waited for us on the street, had fruit and drinks available in the spotless kitchen. She has thought of virtually everything in her amazing flat on the Adriatic. Umbrellas, slippers, extra towels, a child's potty chair, candles.....And the bed is very comfortable! I needed to see an orthopedist, she told us best place to go, (local place VERY busy), was seen immediately, brought a nice bottle of wine for 'medicine', a genuinely caring lady. Hands down, a must visit place in Lovran. We will be frequent fliers here!

Zorica is a great host. We felt very welcomed and have enjoyed our short stay.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Thank you Tanja and Oliver. We look forward to enjoying your hospitality again!

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in the wonderful spa apartment. The welcome by Filip was very nice, uncomplicated and everything was explained to us. Fresh flowers, fruit, burning candles and chilled Prosecco made us feel very comfortable immediately. The amenities of the apartment are of very high quality and extensive. Filip was always available for questions and problems. The outdoor area with great pool, hot tub, tennis court and the unique view of Kvaner Bay was really our highlight. A great place to relax. Although there are other apartments in the building, privacy was very important. The owners, who live in the upper area and next door, behaved almost invisibly and also from the apartment below you didn't notice much. We highly recommend the property.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

The place is great. N the backyard a lot of things for kids to do.

Very easy and comfortable place that was easy to check into and right by the marina. We saw a gorgeous sunset as we arived over the masts in the marina. The beds were comfortable.

Everything was nice and clean, and Tisa is very informative and Quick responding. Thumbs up from me.
