Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Balearic Islands

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

Carmen's house is charming and very spacious. We found everything and felt right at home. The very good area close to the sea and restaurants a few minutes away, ideal for a walk.

Lovely and carefully renovated house, with lots of space for our family of five. Everything, from the initial communication to final check out, worked well. Highly recommended.

Great little place to stay. Everything is as described, the small place is quiet and a little secluded. But there is everything you need nearby. The supermarket is sufficient for a few days and there are good restaurants nearby. In my opinion, it is beneficial if you have a car. I was very satisfied.

Ca sa padrina is a beautiful home where you can feel at home. We are a family with two kids aged 6 and 8 and they loved being able to sleep alone in one room (it's a bit separate from the other room but there is a sofa bed just in case). It is a village house in a very quiet villa. It is very well located because you are 30 minutes away from many interesting places we wanted to see. It was perfect for us. The house has everything and Joana is quick to respond in case of any questions. If we can, we'll be back!

The apartment is ideal, facing the sea and has a beautiful view. There are restaurants and markets nearby but there were never any annoying noises. Miguel's cleanliness and service were impeccable, highly recommended!

We felt right at home. Everything is lovingly decorated, there are lots of extras and amenities in the apartment. The apartment has a great location with the double sea view and it was very quiet there.

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

Great location just outside town but easy to walk in and close to bus terminal and stops for all destinations. Busy road to walk alongside for a 50m to get to the pedestrian crossing if you are on foot Fresh bread and wood for the fire at the Repsol garage opposite always available. Beautiful walks from the flat. Oranges everywhere! Quiet, comfortable and very well equipped flat. Would not hestitate to stay again. Phoebe was very approachable, freindly and understanding and easy to get hold of.

Nestled into the foothills of the mountain, Ed and Wayne's apartment is a welcoming and comfortable retreat. The beds were comfy, with quality pillows. The kitchen was well-appointed with coffee, tea, and cooking seasonings, which we appreciated. One of our favorite features of their home was the terrace. While it was too cool in February to spend extended amounts of time on the terrace, we did enjoy our morning coffee there, watching the sunrise over the mountains. The apartment is also conveniently located to the port, and Soller is close to other interesting mountain towns (Deia, Fornolutx, and Valldemossa). We loved our stay at this apartment.

Highly recommend. We stayed in the apartment for 2.5 years with an infant. Our son loved the tractor and was also in love with Petra's two dogs. The apartment is very spacious with a large kitchen with everything you need. With child seat, dishes, dishwasher and washing machine. The city is within walking distance. We went to the beaches by car. Easy to park. We liked it at Platja de Sa Font. Few people and crystal clear water.

Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

We spent a wonderful few days with the whole family in Salvador's beautiful villa with a stunning view of Port Pollenca and the bay. It is a perfect place to relax, explore the stunning area around Pollenca and the Tramuntana and just to have a good time with family or friends. Salvador and his team were extremely helpful, discreet and very responsive and made us feel at home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful place to stay, there was everything you needed plus a shop nearby for groceries. Excellent check-in and check-out service, really communicative and helpful.

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. very good accommodation in quiet pavionary neighborhood, suitable for visiting Ciutadella and the west of the island. 10min walk, swimming area with ladder and 12 min walk, a pretty beach. Pleasant Jaccuzi at 35°C. equipped kitchen. Mosquito plug and air conditioning. Interaction with the host via wathsapp very quick and easy. We would recommend this house.

The place was beautiful. The house is a dream and the pool makes the stay perfect! The location is very secluded (you can still hear a street). Close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The hosts were very nice. We were very comfortable and would love to spend our vacation there again!

Overall, we had a good time there. The layout of the rooms is great, as is the communication with the landlords and the service staff. What we definitely missed were parasols or awnings. There was virtually no shade in the outdoor area from the afternoon onwards. We helped ourselves with self-made constructions. It would also be nice if the outdoor area was greener and had more plants. The weak WiFi was not dramatic, but a little annoying.
