Holiday rentals with lake access in Balearic Islands

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung war für uns ideal vom Schnitt und der Lage. Sehr nah am Strand und das Gewässer hinten laden zum spazieren ein. Die Kommunikation mit Marc war sehr gut, er hat stets sehr schnell geantwortet. Toll war, dass es eine Ausstattung für Kinder gibt (Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Spielzeug). Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Pablo à été très réactif et arrangeant. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans la maison, la terrasse et les environs. Il y a de l'espace pour petits et grands. C'était super, merci :)

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich des Hauses mit dem tollen Pool bot viel Privatsphäre. Durch die unterschiedlichen Ebenen hat man zu jeder Tageszeit seinen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Besonders schön war der Ausblick auf die Bucht. In nur 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand und konnten so spontan und auch außerhalb der Stoßzeiten die tolle Bucht genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die nahe gelegenen Ortschaften Santanyi und Ses Salines, die in 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar sind und sehr gute Restaurants zu bieten haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Verwalterin vor Ort war immer freundlich und uns wurde schnell geholfen.

We had an amazing experience renting a campervan on Ibiza! The team was always available when needed, making us feel supported throughout the trip. Exploring the island in a campervan was unforgettable, giving us the freedom to discover hidden spots and enjoy nature at our own pace. This adventure will stay in our memories for a long time.

Logement très bien équipé, très propre et très agréable. Nous y avons passé 10 jours et Alcudia est très bien placé pour visiter tout le Nord de L'île. Nous conseillons ce logement de qualité.

Joli logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est bien situé, plage et randonnée à proximité. Attention le stationnement peut être très difficile comme partout à Ibiza. Le seul point noir c’est l’isolation phonique, on entend tout ce qui seul passe dans le logement d’à côté et on n’a pas le même rythme de vie que des gens qui y vivent à l’année…

Hemos ido a pasar un agradable fin de semana 4 amigas, y ha sido mejor de lo esperado todo. Totalmente recomendable. Las fotografías ya eran bonitas pero el apartamento en directo era mucho mejor y más bonito todavía. Mónica ha sido encantadora en todo momento.

Jose was a super host. His proactive communication and thoughtful additions to the apartment really made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Minorque. Le succès de ces vacances revient en partie à Richard qui est un hôte très accueillant, réactif et de très bons conseils. Nous lui renouvelons nos remerciements. Nous avons apprécié avec nos enfants le calme de la résidence, la piscine et ses nombreux transats (toujours disponibles à toute heure de la journée). L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les plus belles plages de l’île et coup de cœur de toute la famille pour la ville de Ciutadella, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Jesus and his wife are very nice hosts. The hospitality and the whole organisation was just fabulous. They even gave me nice recommendations about the island, beaches, restaurants and places for hiking. The flat is clean and very cosy and placed next to the sea. I can highly recommend it. Had a lovely stay. Apartment was as described. Walkable to beach, bars, shops and restaurant’s. Pool was always quiet and beautifully clean Easy street parking Responsive owner who was really helpful and sent some great restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend Thank you x

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Patricia. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, vom Ort her ein guter Ausgangspunkt auf der Insel. Vor allem aber auch Marc und Patricia, die unsere Zeit so erholsam gemacht haben. Beide sind unheimlich hilfsbereit und jederzeit zugänglich, sollte es Fragen oder Probleme geben. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.
