We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is brilliant - we walked into Portree on numerous occasions for dinner and also enjoyed walking the Scorrybreac circuit from the house. The house is peaceful with amazing views and is very cosy. It was equipped with everything we needed and the gifts that the owners left us were a lovely touch. David was a friendly and knowledgeable host with some excellent restaurant suggestions. We would love to visit again.

Amazing scenery unlike anything you can imagine !

My family and I had a wonderful time exploring the Isle of Skye while staying here. The house was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped—especially the kitchen! With its excellent facilities, we could easily cook at home on nights when we didn’t feel like dining out. Thoughtful notes from the host could be found throughout the house, and even when we had questions in the evening, the responses were quick and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Portree!

Absolutely stunning location on the Isle of Skye. The hamlet of Glendale is very rural with plenty of country walks right outside the door. This was a perfect location for us to spend 3 weeks over Christmas Holidays. The house was perfect for many pots of tea after long walks in the countryside. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is a great layout as a family center. The Glendale Country Store is a short walk down the road from the house and has an amazing selection of food options for such a small place. Overall, this was the perfect location for us to spend our family 2024 Christmas Holidays. Hope to come back again.

My stay at the apartment was very clean comfortable and warm with all my needs taken care of. The welcome pack which I appreciated was a lovely surprise which I enjoyed.

We had a wonderful 6 day stay at Tulloch Gorm over New Year’s. All of the amenities were first rate and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. It’s a very comfortable house that is a great base to use for exploring Skye. Stephanie and Jordan were very helpful and communication was great.

We had a brilliant stay in Hebrides Cottage, owner Janice was excellent with her quick, helpful communication….we found everything we could possibly want or need was provided…..it was exceptionally clean. The cottage was in a fantastic peaceful location, the views from the bedrooms and kitchen were absolutely amazing. We visited local restaurants in Stornoway, and it was very easy to drive in to go to a variety of small shops and get supplies from the large Tesco and Co-op supermarkets. We visited many local sites, Callanish Stones, Dun Calloway - the best preserved Broch, Gearrannan Blackhorse, Butt of Lewis, Lews Castle and the very informative museum about Hebridean island life, we will definitely come back to stay again. We had a lovely stay at Blossom Cottage - had an early check in which was much appreciated . Communication was very good and we were made to feel very much at home . The cottage is everything we needed - cosy and warm with a lovely open fire . Property was close to a gorgeous beach and the facilities at Dunvegan were just down the road . Not visited this side of the island much but definitely becoming our favourite part of Skye !
