Leigh and Naomi have been very helpful since the booking was confirmed. The apartment is very cozy and clean. We also cooked there with all the equipment (and seasonings) available, what a great place to stay in Ballarat 🩷

You both are such wonderful people and it shows in the way you treated us—not just a guests but as friends. Your place was a home away from home indeed. It was comfortable, safe, cosy and well equipped. Spending time with you both was indeed the highlight of our trip. It was like visiting the parents. We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. I think my husband teared up a bit to see how our little one just loved you guys. Thank you for all the generous goodies-milk, cereal, yogurt, juice, chocolates, coffee machine, butter and so much more. Thank you for also showing our little one the possum and for inviting us in for a drink and a chat. It was so, so nice. Thank you, Kurt and Nan! Hope this is not goodbye, but “see you soon again”. It was a flying visit to Ballarat to attend a funeral, so we didn’t really get to spend too much time enjoying the apartment. The apartment was warm, clean and very central, it’s a shame it was only for one night but we very much enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time at Jason's place. The decor was beautiful and the property was positioned perfectly for what we envisioned for our Ballarat get-away. Highly recommend this property and hosts - we will visit again in the future. Thank you!

Craig's place was awesome! Felt just like home. Exactly like the pics, and that nearby restaurant/bar with the voucher he gave us? Made the whole trip amazing.

The apartment was lovely, hidden away and private but right in the middle of the city and close to everything; Hayley supplied everything I could think of (and even some things I'd forgotten!) and was friendly, helpful and informative from the beginning of my stay to the end, I would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerryn’s place in Ballarat Central. The location was fantastic—right in the heart of town and within walking distance to the lake. The unit itself was cosy and welcoming, truly a home away from home. Everything inside was just perfect—from the comfortable beds to the well-thought-out family area and spotless bathrooms. It was also just a quick 5-minute drive to a great selection of restaurants. Kerryn was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting Ballarat!

Our family stayed at Ange’s place for the Easter holiday. Very clear and detailed instructions were given before the check-in. It’s beautifully decorated and very cozy place. Felt right at home. It would be my go-to place if I visit Ballarat again.

Great place to break our motel stays with this AirBnb location which was just what we needed. Great location for cycling around Ballarat which i did a 64km ride .

This warm and cozy terrace is perfectly located in the heart of Ballarat, close to everything you need. Danial is super responsive and genuinely friendly — always there when you need him. Highly recommended!

Nice clean unit. I arrived on a 37 degree day and the air conditioning had been switched on prior to me getting there which was lovely. No issues at all. Will definitely book again when I need to come back to town

This is the second time I visited this place, and all I can say is, I’d definitely visit again! The location is great, and the place had everything we needed. This would be a go-to place when I visit Ballarat. Troy is very clear and responsive with the communications, as always.

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

It was a last minute trip, the place was just what we needed. Sensibly prices.

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

Booked this property for my parents to stay on their wedding anniversary. They were very impressed with the property and loved their stay. It had everything they needed and was in a beautiful location. Communication was prompt and booking was very easy. Would recommend!

Great location and close to ammenities. Can be a little noisy at night due to the building being directly on the main stretch, but this is no different to any other apartment in a similar position. It's a beautiful apartment and well appointed.

Location location! This fully equipped and comfortable unit was so well located, the area is packed with beautiful restaurants, pubs & cafes. Everything was just a very short walk away, even the famous Daylesford lake. The unit was perfect for a couple and their pet, it has a fully fenced front yard and we felt our dog was safe when let outside. Chris was always helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and we”ll be back.
