Beach house holiday rentals in Ballyliffin

Myself and family,6 adults 2 children spent a weekend here, everything about this property was absolutely amazing, the house was very modern and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, the beds were super comfortable, as in deed was the soft furnishings, and all the modern kitchen appliances, all off this made for a very pleasant and memorable weekend, and of course the proximity to the beach and its stunning views, and finally to our host who was very welcoming and helpful at all times,could not give this property and its location any higher recommendation, if in donegal look it up,

We had an incredible few days in Malin Head at Radharc Banbha. The location exceeded our expectations - it was beyond peaceful and picturesque. We could see waves crashing on the shore and sheep happily wandering around the fields. The local hiking and history were absolutely fantastic, as were the nearby pub and restaurant. We'd wanted to give our kids a feel for the Irish countryside, and Radharc Banbha delivered that in a most magical way. Geraldine was easy to coordinate with and left lovely touches to welcome us. We wound up arriving very late, and Geraldine wonderfully offered us a late checkout to offset that when we were leaving, which was really appreciated as no one wanted to leave this perfect spot!! We felt at home immediately and everyone wants to go back again soon.

Absolutely loved our stay, the house was lovely with a great big window to look out over stunning views. Host was very helpful and explained how to switch the heating on and use the stove fire. Our boys had a great time, especially spending time on the beach. We would love to stay here again, thanks very much John and Ann.

My husband and I along with our two children stayed for 5 days at the cottage. It was a beautiful, quaint cottage with absolutely stunning views. We managed to catch sight of the sunrise one morning around 6am which was just gorgeous. A very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Our children loved staying by the sea and playing on the shore by the lighthouse. Emma and Stephen were great hosts, very pleasant and fantastic communication. We'll definitely be back :-)

Carmel was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely beautiful, right on the water. The house was well equipped, very clean and we felt right at home. We were visiting family and the location was perfect for us. Highly recommend and I am sure we will be back.

This place is amazing! The house has so much room and the bedrooms are all very big with en-suites. The living areas were perfect for our mums 60th birthday and we were able to fit everyone around the table! The location is the best bit, over looking the bay and the sun rise was unbelievable. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone. Natalie was also super helpful and was in communication throughout planning the stay

We had a lovely stay in Rathmullan. the house was comfortable and met our requirements.

Six girlfriends stayed for three nights in this beautiful home. Julion was so helpful and accommodating. This accommodation is perfect for friends to gather. There is plenty of space, well-appointed rooms, and extra touches. For us, we wanted to walk and swim, and this was perfect with access to the beach and outside hot shower. We even used the sauna a few times, too. We had a lovely girlie night, pampering and watching movies. The kitchen was great, perfect for us all to sit and dine in whilst watching the sunset. I would strongly recommend this place for a girls' trip/retreat. Dunfanaghy is excellent for restaurants and drinks and is walkable from the house. NONE of us could find a fault with the house, though it did take us a few tries using the Quooker tap. We will be back and some of the girls are considering booking again for a family trip. This house is the ideal airbnb when staying in the Buncrana area. It’s walkable to a plethora of bars and restaurants, within reasonable driving distance to a lot of activities/sights, and the host is wonderful!

The Masons home is in a good location for walking to the beach and to restaurants. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and is modern with well equipped kitchen. The hot tub is of course a very enjoyable feature!

I recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb and can’t recommend it enough! The views were absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic landscapes that felt like something out of a dream. The location was perfect, just a short drive to nearby towns with fantastic bars, restaurants, and stunning beaches. The home itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with easy access to everything, this is the place to be! We will 100% be booking again!

We had a great stay in Helens beautiful home. We were 2 families with 6 teenagers who loved the house! They were in and out of the pool and hot tub, and had great fun fishing of the private pier. Our weather was mixed so spent some time indoors, the kitchen and living room is very comfortable for a big group, we had speakers for music and played lots of card games!Would highly recommend Edgewater house.

John is a wonderful Airbnb host. So helpful and communicative. He met us on arrival and showed us anything we might need. The house is superb, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The view is spectacular! So stunning. We were lucky to have nice fine weather so got the benefit of the sunshine in the afternoon and evening until the fantastic sunset scene. I have run out of superlatives. We stayed 2 nights. Nearby restaurants are aplenty and we went to the Red Door - amazing food - on our first night and Sherpa in Buncrana also great food. We went to Wild Ireland wildlife park which is a really wonderful experience. There’s so much to do in the area. We really hope to come back soon.

Great dog friendly caravan, view is absolutely amazing. Stayed there for 2 nights,beach really close,pubs and restaurants short drive distance, place is like described with everything needed for relaxing stay (and little extras like coffee/tea/milk/buiscits..) Rory was really good at responding to any questions we had. We'll miss that view for sure and their doggie too ;) Would 100% come back again.

We stayed at Olivia's place with a group of four families and we enjoyed every bit our stay. We would love to come back again and spend some more time in near future. Olivia is a great host regarding communication and flexibility. The place is easy to find as the Google map takes you directly to the house and the location is pretty much surrounded by hills and ocean.

A beautiful house, home from home, it felt like 'Mary' was about to arrive home at any minute though. Have never stayed in an Airbnb that had so many personal items in it before, something new for us. Very dog friendly, bowls, treats, toys all in the house. Garden was big but there is a way out down the back near the caravan and we had to stand there to make sure our escape artists did not get out, not so good for early morning and late night toilet breaks 🫣 House was well equipped, some lovely goodies left to welcome us, lovely comfortable beds and fluffy towels too. Shower not very powerful, but did us ok. The area is lovely. The hotel is very friendly. Nice base to explore the Ards Peninsula. Would love to return. Barney was very responsive to all messages.

Fantastic stay in beautiful Dunfanaghy with plenty of great golf, food and live music. The house was perfect - clean, spacious and comfortable - and Tara and Peter were really helpful, communicative hosts. Thanks so much - I hope we’ll be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Christine’s place over the Easter holidays. It was a perfect space for our family and a lovely home. Full of everything we could possibly need. The setting is beautiful and the children loved walking down to the beach! Christine provided us with all of the information we needed and was excellent at communicating. We would love to go back. A brilliant place to rent!

We had an amazing time at Jude and Chris’s place. It is a great location with amazing beaches within a short drive and a smaller beach 10min walk away. The place had everything we needed and it felt really welcoming.

The most amazing house we've stayed in to date. The views from the house are heavenly and the pictures don't do it justice. Being able to walk across the garden to the beach is amazing. Great facilities in the house. The house was always warm. We've stayed in Downings numerous times but the location of this house is perfect. The views are outstanding and being able to walk to the pub, cafes, hotels and shop etc is a major bonus for Donegal. It's also pet friendly which is fantastic and the house has gates on the stairs so the dogs can't wander. The hosts couldn't be more helpful and responsive to any queries. Can't wait to go back again!

This accommodation is perfectly situated on the outskirts of Buncrana. Buncrana seamlessly accessible by foot. Beautiful beach or heritage walks on the door step with coffee docks conveniently located near the property. House is new build, very modern, spacious and comfortable. Ideal for large groups and families. Cannot recommend enough.

Get is a wonderful host, the house is gorgeous and clean - we are already planning a trip back to enjoy the local beaches and holiday atmosphere!

Another fantastic stay at the watchhouse in malin head. Great location, excellent communication from des and we look forward to returning again. House is amazing, check in was super easy, flexible and house itself is fantastic. 2nd time staying and will definitely be back

Had an absolutely amazing time at Rabs. Great location, great house. A lot bigger than it looks. Communication was excellent with Rab. House has everything you could need, including a lovely fire. Would highly recommend the Seaview Tavern for dinner too.
