The stay was odd. Giuseppe and Ane are very helpful and beloved hosts. The location is perfect, you can do everything by foot. Near gastronomic spots and the Beto Carrero Park. The place was extremely clean and smelly. The street is quiet. We like it very much. It has a great cost benefit.

Space to feel at home, Aires is an excellent host, who left pets at home with a broken heart, will be able to be friends with the doguinhos and the cat who are super cute. We were still lucky to stay on the same weekend when Aires' parents and daughter were there, they're all amazing people. It's more than recommended!

From the beginning, Clenice was extremely attentive and proactive. I asked if we could leave the car on the property WELL before the check in time, so we could go to the park on foot, and she promptly accepted, and more, offered to take us by car for a small cost. Back from the park on foot, it was about 15 minutes of slow walking. She told us local restaursntes for dinner and we ate very well. The room is exactly as in the advertisement, a spacious, super clean bathroom, room with everything necessary, very clean and still with a stocked minibar. We were very well received and we really liked the room, we spent a last night. It is well worth it.

The excellent stay. The suite was exactly like in the images , a great location close to the Beto Carrero, in Bakeries, Restaurants , Beach. I was very pleased and passionate about Penha because the city is a tranquillity we like it very much and we will definitely return . Juliana always very helpful helped us with everything, tips of places to eat, beach, she is very friendly makes us very comfortable . I and my families only have compliments we really like everything. The place is quiet , if you don't want to go out and eat just order delivery that's super fast too . Overall a 10. We love it.

A great suite, very clean and organized. It is very well located, close to markets and restaurants, easy access to the beach and other regions such as Bombinhas. A lot of things can be done on foot, depending on your schedule, there is practically no need to use a car. The Host always answered promptly, worrying about sharing places for tour and food. It has parking inside the plot, as well as ample parking on the street in front.

Our stay was quiet and nice. The room is simple, but it met the needs well, with everything clean and organized. The location was the high point, as it is very close to the main beaches, which made our tours a lot easier. Excellent cost-benefit for those seeking practicality and basic comfort!

I spent a few days in a really welcoming location and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The environment is impeccably clean, conveying comfort and care in every detail. Breakfast is simply great! A special highlight goes to Dona Adenilde and her daughter Cris, who are the embodiment of kindness! Always ready to help, they did everything to make sure my stay was perfect. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a place that is familiar, cozy and with a differentiated service.
