What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

FIVE STARS! Beautiful and spotless townhome in the center of Washington DC! Very close to the convention center and easy to get to the national museums. Excellent host — will stay here again!

Great place to stay!! Easy walk to the capital. The little park across the street made a fun place for kids to run around. I would recommend this place.

The house was stunning and somehow even better in person!! There was so much space for our group to hang out together and for people to have some space to themselves. Everything was beautiful clean and well designed. Kitchen was fully stocked. And we loved hanging out on the deck! Beautiful views and comfortable seating. All in all a perfect stay!

Spacious, comfortable, clean home in Glen Dale…perfect for our family gathering…Lots of common area seating…enjoyed local takeout at the large dining room table. Home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Arlette Vanessa was very responsive…we had a few questions which were immediately addressed.

Very convenient location! Clean and friendly. The entrance of the basement is separated from the house. The host is very kindly to help us figure out the problem.

One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. Lots of nice touches like the disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forgot yours, all shampoo and soap provided, white noise machines in every bedroom, blackout curtains for all bedrooms, lots of cooking supplies. The kids loved the playroom in the basement and the provided crib was really nice as well. The location was really peaceful with ocean views and a nice breeze. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

It was a beautiful townhouse that has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms; well-stocked and nice kitchen; very quiet at night; easy to find. Our family had a wonderful stay 👍✅

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, inside and out! It’s in a great neighborhood and is convenient to get to DC sights. It was the perfect fit for our family of five and our dog! The home was very clean and provided all we needed and then some! Jon was clear in communication and quick to respond. Definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

We stayed two nights with our 3 small children (2yo, 5yo, 7yo) to visit the National Aquarium in Baltimore. The house is spacious and the fenced-in backyard was the perfect place to run around with the kids! Both sets of stairs inside are steep, but each have doors that kept them out of our toddler’s sight! The upstairs floor has a ton of space even with the king size bed and couch/sitting area. It also has a large closet room that had a pack and play (in really good condition). We brought our own inflatable toddler bed for our 2yo to sleep near us and there was more than enough space for it in that upstairs room! Everything was really clean. Such a beautiful, relaxing ambience inside and we loved sitting in the chairs by the big front window both in the sunshine and at night! The drive to Baltimore was really quick and easy! Would most certainly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and in the perfect location, we walked to parks and to pick up bagels. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we could possibly need. Everyone felt immediately at home and comfortable.

House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

We came to the area for a wedding and had 8 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean and welcoming. There was a large table for all of us to fit at and eat together and we especially enjoyed our time in the hot tub. Janean was very quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The area was beautiful and we would definitely love to come back some time in the future and stay at the Wildbluesea Retreat!

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.
