Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Balvanera

Marcos was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there as we explored a lot, but when we did it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and has great views of the city. There is also a gym and sauna should you want to use those facilities. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The apartment was perfectly located in Palermo Hollywood with everything you need just minutes away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with many restaurants and cafes along with very friendly people. Marcos was full of recommendations and always available to answer questions we had. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Buenos Aires to stay here :) thank you again Marcos for a memorable stay!

The apartment has an excellent location in the heart of Palermo. An area with lots of cafes and squares to be able to walk quietly. Easy access to public transportation.

Nice place and location. Just please note there is no balcony as most units in the bldg have it but not this one

The apartment is excellent, just like in the pictures. The location could not be better. It is possible to walk to all the attractions that the neighborhood of Recoleta offers. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was beautiful and the amenities were great, as was the location! Ralf responded so quickly to any questions I had and he was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay there again next time!

The space is just like the photos, very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. The view from the balcony is very nice. The tower has two entrances from two different streets, which makes it even more accessible. Super close to the agronomy and veterinary school. I would definitely stay with you again. I would only recommend placing a non-slip mat in the bathtub since it is a bit slippery, other than that everything is excellent, the cleanliness and comfort are 1A!

A very great, large accommodation in which we immediately felt comfortable. The hosts always helped us out when we had a question. The bed is comfortable, there is a large kitchen, it is quiet and we felt safe in the area. There is also a balcony and a pool and a free washing machine and dryer. We can definitely recommend this place!

The stay was excellent. Communication with Fernando/Viviana, has been clear and fluid. The apartment is located with two entrances, one facing an important avenue, which has shops and supermarkets. Close to cafes and others. The apartment is cozy and the facilities like the pool available 24 hs is excellent. Grata statisia.

Excellent accommodation for together with friends. Well located. Very good communication. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Gabriela's place is great! We arrived quite late but we were still very well received, I can only recommend it! The accommodation is not in the center of Buenos Aires but it is very easy to get there thanks to public transport Thanks again Gabriela and Agostina!!!

The house looks like from a movie, super stylish, comfy, and spacious. I wish I could live there for a year haha The office is huge and nice, with a big window, definitely made me more productive.
