The place was comfortable and was in a good location. It was a short ride to walking street. The place was clean. The beds were a little hard for my liking, but all-in-all I would recommend staying here.

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful property located in a private quiet area. Just a 10mins scooter ride into Central Pattaya or a few minutes to the local Jomtien beach. The pool area is a great private little sun trap from morning to late afternoon. Dips in the pool to cool off were perfect. All bedrooms are spacious and beds firm but extremely comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond with suggestions. 100% recommend and will be back again!

The place is clean and fully stocked with supplies!The pool is nice in the afternoon, the bed is also good, if you don't have an itinerary, you really want to stay in the accommodation all day, order delivery or ride is convenient, and the location is very accurate, although it doesn't feel like a busy area or a lot of shops nearby, but it is also relatively quiet and has a sense of relaxation!!Will want to stay again next time to Pattaya

This house is as beautiful as a piece of art, and once the door is covered with egg flowers, it is truly wonderful!It's full of art, like living in a museum.The open courtyard brings in the cool breeze and listen to the ringing of the wind chimes for a nice lunch break.But also a problem is that there will be mosquitoes bites.It is best to have transportation to live here as it is necessary to walk more than 1km to the main street.However, there are a lot of highly acclaimed food to enjoy in the surrounding area and enjoy a quiet night.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

Great place! Highly recommend! Beachfront, amazing location. If you want to relax and let your soul rest this is the right place to stay. One of the greatest things about the place is the Flow Beach cafe run by Fah just next to it. We ate at various cafes on the island, but loved Fah’s the most!

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

This was the best place that I stayed during my visit to Pattaya. The level of detail was way above anything I've seen in an air b&b. And the pool just completes it.

One of the best villas in Pattaya. Private quiet residence. 20 minutes by taxi to any place. Excellent house with everything you need. I was very pleased with a separate work place, which is very convenient for remote work. Separately, it is worth mentioning the pool, clean, large, well-kept. The smooth difference in heights allowed my three-year-old son to swim calmly without an inflatable ring.

Nice and calm place, definitely recommend to stay if you want to relax

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.
