Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Banana River

Wendy and Jim’s place was the perfect one for our family vacation! I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so well stocked and thought out. There was nothing we couldn’t find in the kitchen or around the home - from popcorn maker to step stools in the bathroom for then kids to noise machines conveniently set up in each room…. this place had it all! The pool and outside area had so much to do, and, although we had a couple of rainy days, our little ones were even kept busy with indoor toys. The beach / Lori Wilson Park was a short walk or drive across A1A, which very conveniently had a crosswalk. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy and super fun vacation!

This place was everything we needed and more. The view off the back porch was so much better than the pictures looked. We saw multiple dolphins each day, multiple times of the day and many times they were only 20-30 yards from us. The instructions for everything were very clear. We enjoyed a few movies and a couple games of pool downstairs with our teenager. The ice machine was nice on these hot days. There was also lots of options for dishes, and other supplies for us to use. We didn’t meet the neighbors but my husband went out to take the recycling to the curb and the neighbor had already done it. It’s nice to see neighborly things happening. We enjoyed this house so much.

Great, comfortable house with a lot of amenities and attention to detail in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our short vacation. The host was very pleasant and responsive. The pool looked very nice, but it should be mentioned that the heating is solar powered, so the water temperature depends on the weather. During our stay in January with some cooler days the pool was too chilly to use. The hot tub was very nice though. Overall, we very much recommend this house. We particularly enjoyed the little movie theater and the nice board game selection.

We went during Christmas and the hosts were so flexible so we could have some of our gifts sent prior to our arrival. The resort had wonderful amenities!! Hot tub, lazy river and pool were great. Heaters were on so we were enjoying the water in December. Tons for kids to do - movie theatre, activities each day, basketball, pickle ball, putt putt, Santa came one day, a magician was there…it was awesome!

Had a great stay. Great location. Just had a couple issues after check in. Dishwasher was not secured under the counter, so when you loaded it, it would tip and dishes would crash together. We paid to have pool heated for our stay, but it was not working properly. Both issues were corrected by late afternoon on our second day by Lenny, an incredibly nice maintenance man. He told us that we would be refunded for the time it was not working, so we hope that will happen.

This was the perfect place for our large group. The layout of the house was nice & had the perfect number of bathrooms. The house was really nice and clean, within walking distance to the beach, and had great activities for the kids. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location and lots to see and do in the area. There were 12 of us total in 3 different vehicles and no one had any issues locating it. Everyone went right in and made themselves at home. There were 4 teenagers in our group who settled in the front room and were hardly seen until the next day. Everything was as described but the photos don't really do it justice. We'll definitely look to stay here if our group is this large again and, if it's not, I'll still reach out to Daphne to see what she has to accommodate us.

We stayed here while we were waiting for our house to be ready. We had to push back our checkout date several times and Julia was very accommodating to us. Julia was great from the start and communication was always there when needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect home to host a family reunion! Plenty of bedrooms (comfy mattresses too) and enough bathrooms for everyone! Game room and pool area provided so many hours of fun inside and out. Being on the inter coastal was a plus...even saw dolphins come up close to the dock! Great location...close to stores and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive any time we had a need or a question. We give this property an A+!
