Functional house and very well located Sylvie is very available and very pleasant. Very good stay!

We had a wonderful stay with a toddler and a newborn at Nicolas house. First the location is walking distance from shops, bakery, oysters shack, bicycle rental ect. The house was spotless and well decorated. We could enjoy afternoons by the swimming pool and ending the day using the great BBQ on site. A real gem that I would recommend everyone to stay in.

very nice setting, the house is well located. we were 14 people and the house is very well suited for this number. we recommend it.

Guillaume welcomed us with great kindness, always very precise in his explanations. We were apprehensive about the middle school behind the house but we were quickly reassured, and even benefited from the calm and the garden, well protected between the middle school, and a few houses on the other side … It's a great house to unwind, and enjoy the Landes, go to the Basque Country, and go up the other side via Cap-Ferret. It's a little slice of Paris.

We had a great time at Mary's place. Accommodation is as described. It is functional, comfortable and located in a quiet area. The bedding, bathroom and value for money are big assets for us for this house. Thanks to Camille for the always very clear and courteous exchanges. We can only advise future vacationers of the Bassin d 'Arcachon to book Mary's place

Very good stay, the terrace is very nice and the house is perfectly functional. We enjoyed our vacation thanks to the quality of the house as well as its location. Everything is close, even accessible by bike. Thomas is a responsive host We recommend this modern villa.

We had a great time with the family. The house is perfect for small children with the protected pool. This one is not heated, but with the hot weather, it was appreciated. All the equipment is on site, from the laundry basket to the plancha:) The bedding for the children was great, but the bedding for the adults may need to be renewed. Anne-Laure was very responsive and available.
