My wife and I had a great stay!

if you're like us and need a pool, this is an amazing place!! very clean and just as pictured, grill worked without issue. Hosts are very responsive; when we ran out of propane for the grill, they gave us a new one only w few minutes later. this is Texas so nothing is doable without a car, but having said that, it's close to SeaWorld, the aquarium and close to downtown. we stayed here as part of our spring break, and I highly recommend it to you!

Super CLEAN with tons of room. Gorgeous home. Safe neighborhood. The heated pool was AMAZING we were hoping for a weekend full of sunshine but the weather had other plans but because the pool was heated we were still able to enjoy ourselves. Home is cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here! It’s beautiful and the space is lovely. It had everything we needed for cooking and the hosts were very responsive. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed the stay, the backyard was amazing and perfect for our pup, the place was clean, peaceful and quiet and exactly as listed. The road you cross to get to the river is pretty quiet and when pulling in/backing out there’s plenty of view to do so safely. We loved having the front and backyard to enjoy, and the river was beautiful, we hope to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron & Sarah’s place. They were easy to communicate, checked in on us during the stay. Place was clean and really comfortable. Had everything we needed.

A Beautiful relaxing home. Backyard was amazing pool, hot tub , covered sitting area, House is very well furnished and kitchen is great. Felt like home away from home. Arcade area was really cool. They have everything thought of for necessity’s , towels , toiletries , cups and plates. Great place to stay

Me and my wife came to Ingram for an anniversary trip and this space did not disappoint! This was a fantastic place and amazingly accommodating. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.
